| As the increase of the operating mileage of high-speed railway in our country,the maintenance of high-speed railway is increasing rapidly.At the same time,a new high-speed railway is still in the process of construction,which requires the railway bureau need more people involved in the construction of new lines.In this situation,the scientific and reasonable personnel quota will determine whether the work department of high speed railway to deal with the growing maintenance.For a long time,high speed railway personnel quota is only a general standard,which leads to conform to the standards of the number of results is difficult to meet the needs of actual work.This paper chooses a bridge inspection of high-speed railway section to study for high speed railway personnel quota,and calculate labor quota with experience estimation method.According to the determined labor quota standard,the time spent in each job is calculated.At the same time,the concept of "conversion walking meters" is introduced to convert the work time into conversion walking meters,and calculate the workload of each job.After revising the number for each job.Through the least square method,the empirical formula of the operation volume and the number of jobs in the network and outside the network is worked out.And we calculate personnel quota for X bridge inspection section,at the same time,the calculation method of X bridge inspection section is staff manning.Finally,the particle swarm algorithm is used to solve a practical assignment problem based on linear programming model,the rationality test of two personnel results in order to get a more reasonable results.The results of labor quota which through calculated by the empirical formula has been proved to be feasible,and basic level production units calculate their own need of labor quota will be easier,and this paper provides a new idea for the study of labor quota of high speed railway maintenance. |
