Application Of AHP-fuzzy Comprehensive Metheod Evaluation In The Safety Investment Evaluation Of Machinery Enterprises

With the development of social economy,the living standard has been improved.People's needs are no longer just about food and clothing,but security is on the agenda.In recent years,There are many kinds of accidents in our country,the enterprises need to be solved urgently in the safety investment and the reasonable allocation of investment,in order to reduce personnel casualties and property losses,so as to under the premise of safety in production,enterprises obtain the biggest economic benefits.It also needs to address how to evaluate the rationality of the enterprise's security investment,so as to properly arrange the security investment of the enterprise.This paper investigates the safety production conditions of mechanical enterprises and finds out that the mechanical enterprises are not reasonable in the security investment,And the study was carried out.Through the literature and online survey,understand the research status of the enterprise safety investment decision-making,then to solicit comments from expert questionnaires,combined with our country present stage safety laws and regulations for the machinery industry to extract the content and the cost of the machinery of the enterprises and data analysis,to construct the index system of safety investment factors of enterprises in machinery industry,explains the reason for index selection,and set up based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the safety of machinery industry enterprise investment evaluation model,and then through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weights of every index in the index system,and finally calculate the synthesis weights,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for a machinery industry enterprises safety investment evaluation,Analyze and summarize the defects of enterprise security investment,Based on the principle of maximum membership,how to guide managers to make rational allocation in the case of quantitative safety input,It is expected to provide valuable theoretical reference for enterprise security investment in machinery industry.This article from five sections to evaluate mechanical industry enterprise safety investment research,the first part is the introduction part,mainly introduced the background of the thesis,research purpose and meaning,research progress both at home and abroad and the content of this thesis study and work.The second part,mainly introduced the related theory and concept of this paper,including the related concept of safety investment,at present the characteristics of machinery industry enterprise safety investment,on the concept of safety investment decision and analysis as well as to affirm the target weights of the index system is built and method.The third part,to construct the index system of safety investment factors of enterprises in machinery industry,Based on the national standards and contents of the safety production cost of machinery industry,combined with the literature and expert investigation,the comprehensive related research results,build a reasonable and relatively complete mechanical enterprise safety investment evaluation index system,Including four large parts,as a primary index;Eighteen small items,set as the secondary index.The forth part,using the method of hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the safety investment of a mechanical industry.First,determine the weight of evaluation indexes,by establishing the judgment matrix,the weights of the second and second indices are determined.Calculating the eigenvector and the maximum eigenvalue,and through consistency check.And then,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the security investment status and rationality of this enterprise,summary results come to a conclusion.The fifth part,conclusions and recommendations.
