Urbanization is a process in which the agricultural-based society gradually transforms itself into an industrial modernization society.Since the reform and opening up,a large number of people have flowed to the cities,the industrial structure has undergone a change,the land and geographical space are constantly changing,the urban space is expanding,and the urbanization rate is constantly increasing.improve.Rapid urbanization has brought about rapid industrialization.However,in the process of rapid urbanization,a large number of problems have also arisen,such as the disorderly development of urban space,severe traffic congestion,over-aggregation of population,inadequate supply of public services,and shortage of energy resources.A series of problems such as the deterioration of the ecological environment.However,urbanization in China will still be in a period of rapid advancement.If urbanization still continues its past train of thought,it will certainly bring more serious problems.In December 2012,the Central Economic Conference proposed to focus on improving the quality of urbanization and guiding the healthy development of urbanization.The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposed the road of new urbanization with Chinese characteristics.The National New Urbanization Plan 2014-2020 puts innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing as the key concepts of new urbanization and sustainable development.Ways to guide the development of new-type urbanization,and infrastructure construction is an indispensable part of advancing the development of new urbanization,and is a necessary condition and important support for the development of new urbanization.At present,infrastructure construction is mainly based on traditional construction methods,with huge resource and energy consumption and serious environmental pollution.Assembled buildings have changed the traditional construction methods and integrated the construction industry with informatization and industrialization,providing a new type of urbanization development.The idea is an important measure for the development of green buildings and the promotion of structural reforms on the supply side.Standardization is the key to accelerating the development of prefabricated buildings and promoting the industrialization of buildings.Only high standardization of design and production can achieve a perfect combination of construction level,production efficiency,environmental protection,and resource utilization.This article takes China's new urbanization construction as an entry point,and the standardization development of assembly building as the main research object.It uses document data review,comparative analysis,system engineering analysis,field investigation and other methods to carry out systematic analysis and research on assembly building standardization.The specific tasks completed are as follows:(1)Starting from the background of new urbanization and prefabricated building development,this article elaborates on the connotation of prefabricated building standardization,sums up and summarizes the basic methods of prefabricated building standardization,and adopts the standardization development of domestic and foreign prefabricated buildings.The status quo has been investigated and researched,and the current status of the standardization of prefabricated building construction in China and the existing problems have been analyzed.(2)By analyzing the whole process of assembly building standardization,a modular system model of assembly building was constructed.The influencing factors of each subsystem were analyzed in depth and the important influencing factors of each system were identified.For example,the prefabricated building standardization system was investigated and the optimization measures and recommendations were put forward.(3)Based on the prefabricated construction standardization system,an evaluation system for the standardization degree of prefabricated buildings was proposed,a five-level model for the standard level of prefabricated building construction was constructed,a method for upgrading the degree of standardization was proposed,and an evaluation model was established using the network-level method.The super budget software(SD)calculates the weight of each evaluation factor.Taking Shanxi Province's first prefabricated construction residential project as a case,the degree of standardization of the project was evaluated and graded.Finally,suggestions and suggestions for improvement were put forward.Through the analysis and research on the new process system of urbanization and assembly building standardization,the author proposes reasonable opinions and suggestions for the problems existing in the current standardization of assembly building development,so as to improve the standardization degree and efficiency of prefabricated buildings.The development provides new ideas and promotes the rapid development of fabricated buildings.
