| With the expansion of thermal power plant construction scale in China,a large number of large thermal power units with high parameters and large capacity have appeared.At present,the situation of safety and environmental protection is becoming more and more serious.Not only the thermal power plant’s main production facilities,such as boilers and generators are asked to run well,but also the requirements of slag crushing,slag removal and slag discharge are higher and higher.The national safety production and environmental protection red paper also requires thermal power plant slag crusher system can not only meet the production needs of enterprises,but also need to take the comprehensive utilization of waste emissions into account,emissions and other environmental protection requirements.The existing slag crushing systems are faced with some general problems.For example,due to frequent disconnection of broken slag system relay,a certain time later,it will appear electrical contact oxidation blackening,pull coil overheating damage.Because of the long-time extrusion and friction with the coal cinder,the tooth crack,tooth break and tooth flat phenomenon appear.This paper summarizes the common problems,is.how to improve the technical performance of slag crushing equipment,how to improve the automation level of slag crushing,how to reduce the cost of slag crushing,and how to ensure the safe operation of slag crushing system.These problems of slag crushing system make the system running trouble increase,maintenance and repair frequently,and the replacement cost is large.Therefore,the subject of "power plant slag crusher control strategy and life promotion research" is proposed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,the slag removal system of thermal power plant is introduced.The characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of wet slag removal system and dry slag removal system are summarized.It is pointed out that the dry slag removal system conforms to the trend of energy saving and environmental protection.Then,the core component slag crusher of dry slag removal system is introduced,and its composition and working principle are explained.Based on the analysis of the main problems and the main reasons,the paper lays the foundation for the optimization of the control strategy of the slag crushing system and the improvement of the performance of the gear plate material.(2)Secondly,the slag crusher control system,the characteristics of PLC,type selection and control strategy based on PLC are introduced.In order to make the control system of the improved deslagging machine achieve the redundancy configuration of double network,the security is improved and the anti-interference ability becomes stronger,The two machines with different management level management information,and has high security;the crusher control system used in the field and control room,if you need to manually start and stop device,the interface can provide operation guidance;the control,regulation,protection in PLC,do not need to additional external circuitry;so that the computer can directly show the process,measurement parameters,equipment status and fault status,and has the print status and report function;failure to interface to different colors;Extended network structure should be used,which can be further extended according to the need.(3)Finally,In the light of the life problem of gear hobbing plate,we will start from structure and material design scheme,optimization arrangement,tooth shape and tooth height Then use the high chromium cast iron as experimental material,heat treatment process,and measure the hardness and toughness of mechanical indexes of solution and temper heat treatment on hardness and impact toughness of materials.The control strategy proposed in this paper and the new structure and material of the hobbing plate will improve the working environment of the gear hobbing plate,significantly increase the replacement cycle of the gear hobbing plate,and improve the economic efficiency of the slag removal system of the thermal power production.The main purpose of this study is to produce normal,stable and safe operation and improve the efficiency of power generation research the control strategy of slag crusher system and the life promotion method of gear hobbing plate This provides reference for the overall control of thermal power plant and the life promotion of other work machines.In the future research,more large-scale automatic control needs more effective operation optimization methods,so as to bring more economic benefits. |
