In recent years,the railway passenger transport industry to high-speed,heavy-duty freight,service intelligence and security information into focus,continues to provide overall socio-economic development of our country,the people’s living standards improve,fundamental and strategic protection and support.However,with the continuous improvement of operational railway lot of high-tech equipment and systems,speed,greatly increase the capacity,management reform deepening,the railway can not be ignored any natural disaster emergencies.Can active,fast,and effective disposal of these emergencies,has become the measure of the overall level of the railway sector operational management ability to adapt to the new situation an important aspect of the public to the continuous improvement of the railway requirements.I on the basis of methods and theories railroad natural disaster emergency management in-depth study on the analysis of natural disaster for the railway emergency plan applicable management information system using scientific means.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,a comprehensive analysis of the current situation in emergency management research at home and abroad on the basis of clear modern railway system of emergency management related concepts;Secondly,studied railway natural disaster emergency management mechanisms and institutions proposed Railway natural disaster emergency management system framework,introduced the railway emergency plan preparation and management methods.Thirdly,a complete description of a Railway natural disaster emergency management in early warning,response and disposal processes and implementation methods proposed Railway natural disaster emergency management evaluation processes and methods.Finally,the paper is based on the application of Railway natural disaster emergency management theory and method of railway emergency management representative case is analyzed and explained.Based on the above research work,we draw some useful conclusions and recommendations,it has certain reference value to the Railway natural disaster emergency management.
