Research On R&D Risk Managent For SRT Project Of QSY Company

Along with China’s high-speed railway technology booming,the traditional diesel locomotive market has been severely squeezed,in combination with the determination of national development strategy“ The Belt and The Road ”,more and more rail products are entering the international market,the diesel locomotive are already exported to more than one hundred countries at present,owing to that the each country has different rail technology requirement,so during the process of the development of the export diesel locomotive is full of risks and challenges,consequently,how to implement the effective risk management and control of railway locomotive R&D project is of great practical significance.This paper take the QSY company exported to Thailand SRT diesel locomotive as the breakthrough point,and looks for relevant methods of R&D risk management of exported diesel locomotive.The paper consists of five chapters,in the first chapter sets forth the research background,the main significance,the goal and the method of the paper.In the second chapter,the definition,characteristics,classification and risk management of risk theory are stated,and also,the present situation of risk management in railway industry at home and abroad is introduced.The third chapter sets forth the present situation of the QSY company,the SRT project feature,new product development process and the risk management status of QSY company.The fourth chapter elaborates the risk identification and assessment of SRT locomotive project,and draw the conclusion of risk.The fifth chapter elaborates the QSY company SRT locomotive R&D project risk coping strategy: firstly,from the angle of cultivating all risk management consciousness and establishing risk management system,the paper introduces strengthening the construction of risk management culture and system.secondly,introduce the optimization of risk management organization mechanism,then,from the construction of risk management professional personnel and risk management information system,the risk management safeguard measures of the QSY company are introduced,at last,from the technical risk,cost risk,quality risk,progress risk,intellectual property and cultural conflict risk,the risk response measures of locomotive R&D project are introduced.Hope that through management improvement measures of the article can improve the QSY company’s project risk management level,enhance the management level of railway diesel locomotive R&D project,promote the china’s diesel locomotive out of the county with higher quality and go to the world.The risk management method explored in the paper can be applied in other large electrical mechanical equipment development projects for reference.
