The construction industry plays a very important role in China’s economic development and social progress.In recent years,China has increased its support for the construction industry,accelerated the pace of infrastructure construction,and increased infrastructure investment year by year.National and local engineering projects are continuously connected.The railway engineering project is one of the important components of China’s construction industry.At the same time,it has the characteristics of long project construction period,large investment,and complicated participation relationship.In the process of implementation,there are many uncertain factors.The contractor is in an ever-changing environment throughout its production and operation,and faces complex and intricate contradictions,which will bring difficulties to the realization of project construction management goals.Therefore,effective risk management is essential.As economic globalization is sweeping the world,China’s international status is gradually improving and international cooperation will gradually become more common.This puts higher requirements on the contractor’s risk management capabilities.It can be predicted that more and more foreign companies will enter the Chinese railway construction market in the future,and the market competition will become increasingly fierce.How to achieve timely response in the ever-changing international market,stand firm on the world architectural stage,improve its own management level,and effectively control construction risks are important ways.This paper takes the overseas railway engineering project as the research object,analyzes the research status of the risk of overseas railway engineering projects in the international arena,and the risks that may be faced in the construction of the project,summarizes the influencing factors of the risk of overseas railway engineering projects,and the overseas railway engineering projects.Risk management plan optimization provides theoretical basis and practical guidance.Case method,this paper takes the F company railway and overseas projects as the research object,and uses the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and comprehensive Comprehensive analysis to recognize the risks that may occur during the project.Refer to other companies’ risk control management methods and risk classification.To sum up,study the risks of major terrorist attacks on overseas railway projects,all risk-related overdue payments,rising prices,high strike risks,and unreasonable payments.Government introduces analytic hierarchy process from risk probability,risk loss reduction and risk measurement.The three aspects of cost reduction are used to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of each risk measurement,to make the risk clearer,the risk response means more cost-effective,and to improve the risk management level,which provides a solid theoretical basis for later practice. |
