Keyless startup system is a smart key with the driver,through the electronic button can be achieved when the engine start and stop function,without the need to manually start the ignition or off the function of it.A key to start the system is not the same as the smart key,they need to cooperate with each other to be able to play a role.Automotive keyless entry and a key start is the new trend of the development of the car,according to a domestic independent research and development of new models,the design of the keyless entry and a key starting system structure and control strategy,analysis of its working principle,and through the automated test platform embodies its main function and Application.This paper designs the vehicle electronic and electrical control system platform with LabVIEW platform,and completes the software simulation of a key start system.The author first analyzes the working characteristics of the vehicle electrical system,and then starts from the CAN bus and the electronic control unit,and introduces the structure and working principle of the system.Then,the paper analyzes and summarizes the current application requirements of automobile and electronic control unit,including three parts: functional test demand analysis,CAN bus network test demand analysis and electronic control performance test requirement analysis.Through the analysis of the above functional requirements,the hardware platform is built and the software program is developed.The CAN host computer software is used to simulate the CAN network node and the LabVIEW development platform is used to simulate the input and output signals of the electric control power.Actual working state simulation.We use the design idea of virtual instrument,make full use of LabVIEW graphical programming language development cycle is short,easy to develop flexible,stable and reliable advantages,set up a set of LabVIEW based on a key to start the system,the function of the test system.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the structure of the key-start system of automobile is analyzed and discussed.How to LabVIEW the graphical programming language,complete the function test of each sub-system,and then analyze the function of a key Under the premise of the failure simulation test,voltage adjustable and other content were analyzed.In the test with the manual operation of the button to the system switch and analog test,you can also use the host computer software and relay control circuit for automated testing.With LabVIEW computer software can be on the car under the state of the various sub-functions to conduct a comprehensive simulation test,test the environment to simulate a car to start a stop process,with a strong reliability.With virtual instrument technology,the entire test system has been built to make changes and extensions.
