| Water reclamation is strongly associated with human life,which plays a decisive role in future enterprises development.Facing the increasing development and growth of reclaimed water treatment projects and the constant optimization of technology,project management has become the focus of the work.Therefore the importance of project management shall be paid fully attention,professional management talents shall be hired,scientific and rational solutions shall be created accordingly and carried out strictly as specified.Without any safety troubles and compromising the quality,the project will be promoted smoothly based on schedule.This paper analyzes the current situation of water reclamation project in detail taking S company as research object.Problems and concerns are raised while analyzing,for instance management pattern,safety and quality management,progress control,etc.Improvement actions are taken for S company water reclamation project based on the above research.To ensure the improvement actions’ implementation,improving plans are posed correspondingly in the aspects of safety and quality management,progress control,cost and organization management.Through the research this paper draws the following conclusion.Conclusion one,through field investigation and project management theory foundation,respectively from the project management,safety management,quality management,schedule management,cost management,organization management,and other aspects into the analysis,it is concluded that the S company’s water treatment project management model should adopt the project contractors,this very accord with the actual situation of S company’s own and management requirements.Conclusion two,water treatment project in a period of production smoothly,realize the wastewater recycling and zero pollution ecological district goals,such as environmental protection,resources recycle idea appeared in the circular economy and the concept of scientific development,the construction management of management mode,the safety management and quality management experience,and a series of problems,concluded that agree with the second phase of the management mode and the improvement scheme,more efficient for phase ii project construction and operation management to lay a solid foundation. |
