Based on the information about the building reclaimed water projectsinvestigated, this paper analyzed the actual running situation of the investigatedbuilding reclaimed water projects. In addition, the paper mainly discussed about theoptimization of water treatment process, economic benefit produced by building waterreuse and the sensitive factors which influence the economic benefit.Based on the analysis of the information about the investigated buildingreclaimed water projects, three important results were obtained as follow:(1)As for the investigated building reclaimed water projects, there is a certainnegative correlation between the system running cost and the actual amount oftreatment water per day, a power function is obtained with the method of regressionanalysis, the function model is p=186.92q-1.03.(2)As for the investigated building reclaimed water projects, there is a certainnegative correlation between the system running cost and the utilization rate ofreclaimed water facilities processing capacity, a power function is obtained with themethod of regression analysis, the function model is p=710.09x-1.389.(3)As for the investigated building reclaimed water projects which all usebiological contact oxidation process, there is a certain negative correlation betweenthe investment of per ton water and the designed amount of treatment water per day,a power function is obtained with the method of regression analysis, the functionmodel is m=5×106q-1.353.Take one hotel reclaimed water project M as an example, this paper analyzed theapplication of AHP in the evaluation about reclaimed water process. The weights offour processes (ultrafiltration,coagulation sedimentation,biological contactoxidation,MBR) are calculated with Matlab,based the weights the preferredsequence of the treatment process is determined to be ultrafiltration>coagulationsedimentation>biological contact oxidation>MBR.Take the other two reclaimed water projects as examples, the paper analyzed theapplication of B/C in economy evaluation of reclaimed water projects. Here are theresults: the B/C of the college reclaimed water project A is1.50>1, which indicatesthat the project has economic rationality and is acceptable; the B/C of thecomprehensive building reclaimed water B is1.54>1, which indicates that theproject has economic rationality and is acceptable. Likewise, take the examples of the college reclaimed water project A and thecomprehensive building reclaimed water project B, the paper analyzed the applicationof single factor sensitivity analysis method in economy evaluation of reclaimed waterproject. Here are the results: the factors which have the most impact on the above twoprojects’ benefit are tap water price and enhancing the price can increase effectivelythe direct economic benefit of the two projects.At last, through a community reclaimed water project, the optimization study isrun in the way of the water balance, water treatment process, economic assessment.
