| In recent years,the rapid development of the civil aviation industry has led to a substantial increase in the number of passengers and baggage handling in civil aviation.As an important system equipment at the airport,the application of baggage handling systems in airports is also becoming more and more important.The high-speed Individual Carrier System(ICS)belongs to the second type of DCV system defined by IATA.It is suitable for fast and large-volume baggage transportation and seamlessly cooperates with the processes of baggage security inspection,baggage storage and final sorting.Although domestic airports have a strong demand for ICS systems,the core technology and manufacturing currently rely on foreign manufacturers.Although there is no lack of relevant research in recent years,there are still omissions in details.Therefore,this paper studies the hierarchical simulation modeling method and ideas of ICS system for the design and optimization of the ICS system’s carrier scheduling process,and conducts simulation evaluation and optimization of the ICS system of a civil aviation airport in a certain area.After investigating and analyzing the status quo and overall business process of the ICS system of a civil aviation airport in a certain area,this paper sorts out and elaborates the key equipment of the ICS system and the sorting operation process,and describes the pallet scheduling problems involved.For simulation-based system design and optimization,the input data modeling method has a direct impact on the effectiveness of the simulation model.In order to make the research results more realistic,this paper has carried out the modeling of the airport baggage arrival flow,as much as possible to restore the process of the checked baggage arriving at the baggage handling system during the actual operation of the airport.After determining the input modeling method,the Petri net hierarchical model method is used to model the static process of the baggage handling system,and the static model is constructed into a dynamic model based on Plant-Simulation according to certain logical relations and corresponding principles,so as to make the simulation The model is close to the actual operation of the ICS system.After that,this paper re-planned the scheduling process based on the material pulling theory,proposed two different scheduling methods,designed related simulation experiments,and performed simulation comparison analysis using indicators such as the degree of baggage transportation time matching and the overall blockage of the system.The scheduling strategy driven by real-time baggage volume is a better scheduling scheme.Finally,the factors affecting the upper limit of the baggage handling capacity of the ICS system are briefly studied and the sensitivity analysis is carried out.A mixed integer programming model for solving the maximum processing capacity of the ICS system was established,the model was solved and the results were verified by simulation experiments,which proved the validity of the results and provided references for future airport design work. |
