Research On Railway Freight Organization Model Improvement In High Speed Railway Age

With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway,railway passenger and freight distribution has become an inevitable trend.Under the new trend,China's railway freight mode also needs to be reformed.It is urgent to solve the problems of uncertain time for freight cars to stay in marshalling yard,great influence of dispatching commander's ability and subjective factors on train operation,heavy coordination workload and high management cost.Therefore,the establishment of a new transport organization model is not only a necessary means to improve the capacity and efficiency of railway freight transport in China,but also an urgent task to improve the service quality of railway freight transport.Based on the investigation and analysis of the advanced transportation organization modes at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the centralized-planned transportation organization mode,and demonstrates the adaptability of the transportation organization mode to the freight transportation organization under the current high-speed railway background in China.This paper analyses the basic structure of the centralized-planned transport organization model and the basic functions and responsibilities of each organization,and puts forward specific implementation plans for the reform of China's railway freight transport organization in the light of China's current national conditions and road conditions.This paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to model and optimize the fast freight train operation scheme and traffic flow organization under the background of high-speed railway.The power iteration method is used to solve and calculate the model,which provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the practical application of the transport organization model.The paper also analyses the possible problems in the application of the freight transport organization model,which provides guidance and reference for the practical application of the transport organization model.Through the research on the improvement of railway freight transport organization mode under the background of high-speed railway and the pilot operation,it is shown that the centralized-planned transport organization mode can better realize the timeliness of freight trains,improve the railway freight transport capacity,reduce the railway freight transport cost,and enable high-speed railway to better play its transport advantages,providing fast,reliable,convenient and economical transport services for goods to enhance the competitiveness of railway freight transport.
