In order to promote the sustainable development of all mankind and solve the energy problems needed for the development of human civilization after running out of conventional energy,the development of new energy is gradually emerging worldwide.In order to accelerate the new energy industry development,sichuan when formulates plans for the development of photovoltaic(pv)and related industrial policy is clear requirements: focus on the Internet photovoltaic power plant project must be completed and put into operation within the record year(about half a year time limit for a project),the owner units will face severe punishment.Therefore,the development of the "short,flat,fast" mode,the photovoltaic power station project construction schedule management puts forward very high requirements,this paper aims at a single concentrated photovoltaic power station project,the Internet to carry out the project schedule management research.This paper is based on the PMBOOK time management theory.Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant situation of topic selection and the basic status quo of the research on project schedule management at home and abroad.Secondly,the relevant research theories and technical tools used in this paper are summarized,including the top ten knowledge fields of project management and the seven main processes of time management;Again,this paper introduces the owner and the relevant situations of the project itself,this paper introduces the basic structure of project department,and using the Delphi method on the basis of several rounds of research on the project planning schedule management,adopting WBS decomposition method,the process of the project work breakdown structure;Then,a preliminary analysis of the progress control of risk point and precontrol,schedule network analysis,analyzes the relationship between the process of Project activities,formed the Project progress of double code network diagram and determine the Project milestone list,using the method of critical path has been clear about the critical path and the construction period of the Project,use of resources optimization technique(smooth)resources to the reasonable optimization activity resource requirements,application Project Project management software to establish the Project schedule gantt chart;Finally in the organization measures,technical measures,contract measures,economic measures,and information management measures measures simultaneously,make full use of earned value management,established daily matters and exception details report,regular or not regular consultation mechanism and progressive elimination method for real-time monitoring project progress plan and adjust to change.Through the use of scientific management theory and technology tools,and fully considered the development and construction of practical,rational planning and preparation of the project schedule plan,and laid a solid foundation for the project progress management;The resource smoothness and progress plan optimization method and various management measures provide strong guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project schedule.Real-time monitoring and timely adjust changes during project construction,ensure the comprehensive control project schedule,raising the pv projects within the prescribed time limit for a project time limit,built and put into production,achieve the expected goal.Hope in this paper,the progress management of the construction of the photovoltaic power station development several aspects of research,can provide other pv projects,which can be used for reference in order to jointly promote the rich and perfect the relevant technology of photovoltaic project schedule management methods and management.
