The chestnut has high nutritional value,and therapeutic value,especially the tender chestnut taste better,Be loved by the masses,the people demand for products on the increasing.The chestnut peel removing technology is lag,low level of mechanization,seriously hindered the development of chestnut industry.Based on the currently available on the market of chestnut peel removing device for a systematic study,and successful development of shell peeling machine manufacturing which is suitable for multi variety,different sizes and tender chestnut.The main work done as follows:(1)Study on physical properties of chestnut.Chestnut sample diameter and thickness are measured,as provides a basis for chestnut peel removing analysis and husking device design,experimental study.(2)Design and analysis of scheme of peel.Summarizes three bract stripping plan;the squeeze,rub and tear,The bract stripping process for the mechanical analysis,mechanical method,the rotational speed for the test.(3)Design of Chestnut husker.The design of mechanical structure for chestnut husker,Including the transmission mechanism design,husking parts design,screening part design,hopper design,bract stripping chamber design and the design of the frame.(4)Virtual prototype and prototype of chestnut husker.The chestnut husker of the virtual prototype using Catia software,At the same time,the use of ANSYS Workbench to carry out finite element analysis on key parts of husking machine,Including the main rotating shaft static strength and modal analysis of bract stripping chamber.Finally succeeded to create a prototype.(5)Based on the prototype,to carry out the experimental study on the chestnut husker.According to the analysis of husking,selected experimental factors and experimental levels,The peeling rate and damage rate as test indexes for orthogonal test.The range and variance analysis of test results,the best combination of parameters has been stripped net rate and damage rate is low.And to determine the significant effect in the process of stripping chestnut bud factors,provide the basis for the further optimization of bract stripping performance of chestnut peel removing machine.According to the actual production situation of agricultural structure of chestnut,chestnut peel removing machine is improved,and further optimize the performance of bract stripping chestnut peel removing machine.In this paper,the design and manufacture of chestnut husker,is to adapt to differentsizes,meet the characteristics of different chestnut varieties of chestnut and tender husking requirements,performance is better than the existing equipment market bract stripping and tender chestnut.
