Chestnut is nutritious,and has a high economic value,hugemarket demand at home and ab road,especially for the needs of tender chestnut.Tender chestnut brings more economic b enefits than the mature chestnut,so chestnut farmers pick chestnut when 60% to 70% matu rity is reached.Due to the lagging of the technology,the low level of mechanization has se riously hindered the development of the chestnut industry.This paper presents the researc h and development of the existing system of tender chestnut puppy,and on this basis,it ha s been successfully designed and developed to produce suitable for different sizes and vari eties.The main tasks ofthe paper are as follows:(1)Study on Physical Characteristics of Chestnut and the Difference with maturity.I n addition,the difference between the long diameter,the short diameter,the chestnut and t he chestnut weight,the chestnut weight and the water content of the chestnut chestnut wer e analyzed,and the difference between the chestnut with high maturity will be analyzed,w hich provides a theoretical basis.(2)Design of the Decoction of Chestnut and Its Pointer.In the current market there a re several typical machines,analysis and summary is going be concluded based on the shor tcomings.It is found that relying on a single squeeze,rubbing,tearing and other forms o f pruning effect is not ideal.So another method that puts forward the "tear,squeeze",rubbi ng,"tearing,vibrating" three kinds of mixed form of the program,the pruning process of m echanical analysis and experimental verification,to determine the tear,vibration as the prin ciple of pruning as the best program.(3)The Design of the Pine Decker.The design of the mechanical structure,including t he transmission system,the service components,the hopper,the bevel gear shaft,the desig n of the rack and the choice of the bearing.(4)Design and Test of Virtual Prototype.The analysis of the key components of the c hestnut chestnut machine was carried out by using ANSYS WORKBENCH.The geometri c strength of the sawtooth roller was checked,and the vibration chamber was modeled by u sing the PROE software and Static analysis.And finally succeeded in making a tear,vibrati on-type chestnut chestnut machine.(5)Experimental Study on Breeding of Chestnut.The damage rate of chestnut fruit,th e cleanliness of the chestnut ball,the separation cleanliness,the working efficiency and th e dynamic equipment will be examined by the experiment of the performance of the chestn ut chestnut.The single-factor test was used to analyze the size of the sawtooth roller,The distance between the roller and the groove roller,the placement time of the chestnut chestnu t and the damage rate of the tender chestnut.The orthogonal experiment is used to obtain t he placement time of the chestnut,the size of the sawtooth roller,The optimal combinatio n of the roller and the groove is the optimal combination of the parameters such as the spac ing between the rollers.This paper mainly focuses on the design and manufacture of the tender chestnut machi ne with different sizes to meet the different varieties of tender chestnut Pugu requirement s of the characteristics,and the performance of the chestnut chestnut is better than some o f the existing equipment on the market.
