| The scale of greenhouse industry is expanding year by year along with the adjustment of agriculture industrial structure in our country,And It has become one of the most effective agricultural industries in the past 20 years. It improves the efficiency of agricultural production greatly and solved in northern China in winter vegetable supply difficulties and the rural low level of residents’ income to a certain extent. Now it has received more and more attention from the country.The tightness of the greenhouse makes it have the characteristics of high temperature and high humidity inside the greenhouse, which provides favorable conditions for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms and leads to diseases and insect pests especially the crop diseases in the greenhouse.Chemical reagent disinfection, solar disinfection and steam heat disinfection is a common method for the disinfection of greenhouse soil in China. But these traditional disinfection methods have certain limitation in operation and economic cost. How to maintain the health and sustainability of the greenhouse soil in the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests has become one of the problems to be solved in the agricultural production.In view of the above problems, this paper developed a greenhouse irrigation equipment based on a variety of functional water. With the soil properties of slightly acidic electrolyzed water and ozone water disinfection and the characteristics of magnetized water, the equipment can achieve the prevention and control of soil diseases and insect pests, improve the role of soil at the same time of irrigation. This equipment mainly includes preparation, saefw ozone water preparation, preparation of magnetized water and electrical control of four parts. Preparation of acidic electrolyzed water includes electrolyzer, electrolytic power supply and peristaltic pump. The ozone water preparing part mainly includes the ozone tube, the high frequency high voltage power supply and the jet device. The magnetized water part mainly comprises a magnetizing coil and a magnetic circuit board. The electrical control part mainly includes the operation control part and the dangerous part. The equipment can be used in accordance with the actual needs of separate or mixed use of three kinds of functional water in the greenhouse irrigation by independent switch settings. The test results show that the equipment has good effect on the soil sterilization and it has a very good application and promotion value.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1) Analyze the purpose and significance of the study and reeview the status quo of the application of functional water at home and abroad. Summary of current main greenhouse disinfection technology and then elaborate the main content and research ideas of this research.2) Introduce the structure and working principle of the equipment in detail and make a greenhouse irrigation equipment based on a variety of functional water.3) Use of developed equipment to carry out sterilization, prevention and control of pests and diseases and the impact of crop related tests. Analysis of the experimental data and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of equipment. |
