Edible fungi are delicious and rich in nutrition, commonly known as health food. As growing increase of consumption, traditional cultivation way has been difficult to meet the demand of people, and edible fungus factory production is the inevitable trend in the edible fungus industry development in our country. Factory production of edible fungi in China starts late, but after years of development has reached a higher level.There are three main working procedure, mushroom picking and edible fungus basket handling and off process are not automated operation. This research based on the edible fungus production factory actual production requirements, according to the functional requirements of the edible fungus palletizer machine, a kind of edible fungus palletizer was designed to improve the production process of edible fungi, and also can promote the standardization process of edible fungus production.This paper presents the whole proposal of automatic transfer machine of edible fungi baskets for industrialized production under edible basket distribution and function demands, according to the practical production with Chinese production status and culture process, by doubling mechanism and a positioning cylinder design, the fast and accurate positioning of the edible fungus basket on the edible fungus cultivation shelf had been realized.Mechanical structure design of the machine.
