This experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary EucommiaUlmoides Oliver powder on the growth, immune function and meat quality of Mylopharyngodon piceus, one of the "four famous fish" in fresh water. By adding different doses in feed leaf powder, which is 0 (control group),2.5%, 5% and 7.5% in four levels.After 60 days of feeding, measured of relative growth rate, weight gain, feed conversion rate, fatness to exploring the effect of growth-promoting; By measuring lysozyme, SOD, AKP, complement C3, C4 and detected by RT-PCR analysis of kidney, liver, intestine and muscle tissue IgM, MHC I, MHC II, TNFa, IL1?, C3 gene expression differences; to proven impact on immunity from the molecular level; muscle tissue to detect moisture, crude protein, crude fat, and free amino acids. For the better development of eucommia bark, application and promote the development of ecological health aquaculture to provide evidence and basic data. The main results are as follows:1. The effect of dietary EucommiaUlmoides Oliver powder on the growth of Mylopharyngodon piceus:adding 2.5%,5%,7.5% relative growth rate of EucommiaUlmoides Oliver powder group higher than the control group 18.31%, 20.19% and 18.31%, respectively; the feed coefficient was reduced by 6.82%, 15.15%,22.73%;Groups of experimental fish survival rate reached more than 98%, no significant difference (P>0.05);Add 7.5% EucommiaUlmoides Oliver powder group are highest of weight, body fatness,5%group followed, compared with the control group significant difference (P<0.05),2.5% test group compared with control group no significant difference (P>0.05).2. The effect of dietary Eucommia Ulmoides Oliver powder on serum nonspecific immune of Mylopharyngodon piceus:compared with control group, with increased of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliver power, serum SOD, AKP, lysozyme enzyme activity showed a trend of increasing and significant difference (P<0.05), the content of C3 and C4 also increased but no significant difference (P>0.05). Compared with the control group,there has no significant effect of SOD, AKP, lysozyme enzyme activity and the content of C3, C4 in 2.5% group;5% test group of SOD, AKP,lysozyme enzyme activity than the control group increased 34.08%,34.64%,46.13%;7.5% test group of SOD, AKP,lysozyme enzyme activity than the control group increased 41.90%, 46.07%,47.90%; each group of complement C3,C4 showed no significant difference (P>0.05).3. The effect of dietary EucommiaUlmoides Oliver powder on immune gene expression of Mylopharyngodon piceus:Compared with control group, the kidney mRNA expression of IgM, IL1?, MHC I, MHC II, TNFa and C3 in each experimental group was increased significantly (P<0.05).7.5% test group has the most significant, its expression levels are 2.72,4.05,3.28,3.07,3.03,3.16 times than control group; the IL1?, MHC II, TNFa and C3expression of liver mRNA are also significant. Immune-related gene expression in the intestinal and muscle tissue was no significant difference (P>0.05).4. The effect of dietary EucommiaUlmoides Oliver powder on meat quality of Mylopharyngodon piceus:the control moisture content is the lowest, but the moisture content of differences group was not significant (P>0.05); crude protein content were higher than control group, and add 7.5% EucommiaUlmoides Oliver powder group are highest,5%group followed, as compared with the control group were significantly different (P<0.05),2.5% test group has no significant difference (P>0.05); experimental group crude fat were lower than control group, which added 2.5% and 7% leaf group were significantly different (P<0.05), but 5% test group had no significant change (P>0.05). Gly, Asp, Ala, Glu content as delicious four amino acids by experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05), and add up to 7.5% test group were best; Val, Ile, Leu, Try, Met, Phe, Thr and Lys eight kinds of essential amino acids, Lys and Ile content is very significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01), Val and Met content is also significantly higher (P <0.05), but each group of Leu, Try, Phe, Thr had no significant difference (P> 0.05).
