As a perennial deciduous tree in the mulberry family, broussonetia papyrifera is a natural resource with wide application value.Broussonetia papyrifera is rich in protein and crude fat,and it is also rich in amino acids, vitamins, carbohydrates and trace elements. It is expected to become a new type of protein feed resource and alleviate the contradiction between "human and animal competition for food".The purpose of this article is to add broussonetia papyrifera leaves to basic feed to make feeds with five different proportions of broussonetia papyrifera leaves to feed geese,to study the growth performance, slaughter performance, meat quality, serum biochemical indicators and organ index of geese when broussonetia papyrifera leaves added to the feed.In this experiment, five kinds of feed with broussonetia papyrifera leaves rations containing 0%,5%,10%,15% and 20% were first prepared, and then the geese seedlings were divided into five groups, numbered A,B,C D and E,slaughtered the five groups of geese after 60 days of feeding to test the growth performance, slaughter performance, goose quality, serum biochemical index and organ index of the geese. The results of the study show:(1)The addition of broussonetia papyrifera in the feed had no significant effect on the average daily weight gain of geese(P>0.05),and had a significant effect on the average daily feed intake of geese(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake of geese gradually decreases with the increase of the proportion of broussonetia papyrifera leaves.(2)The addition of feeds with different proportions of broussonetia papyrifera leaves has no significant effect on slaughter rate, eviscerating percentage, breast muscle rate and leg muscle rate of meat goose(P>0.05),but has a significant effect on halfeviscerating percentage(P<0.05),and with the increase of the proportion of broussonetia papyrifera leaves, the slaughter rate, eviscerating percentage, halfeviscerating percentage, breast muscle rate and leg muscle rate of meat goose have all declined.(3)There was no significant difference in p H,chromaticity and shearing force of breast muscles(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in leg muscles p H,chromaticity and shearing force(P>0.05).When the amount is 15%,the meat quality of the breast and leg muscles of the goose is the most tender.(4)The data of total cholesterol, total protein, albumin, globulin, blood glucose, urea, fast urea and fast aspartate aminotransferase of the meat goose in each group are not available significant difference(P>0.05),while uric acid, triglyceride and fast valley alanine aminotransferases were significantly different(P<0.05).Total cholesterol, uric acid, triglycerides, and rapid glutamic alanine aminotransferases decreased with increasing proportion of broussonetia papyrifera leaves.(5)The organ indexes of kidney, goose stomach and glandular stomach had no significant effect(P>0.05),while the organ index of goose stomach increased with the increase of the proportion of Gossamer. In general, adding broussonetia papyrifera leaf powder to the basic feed of geese as a diet can effectively improve the quality of meat goose, enhance the physical quality of geese, and ensure the health and safety of geese. In addition, when the difference in weight gain of geese is not significant, adding broussonetia papyrifera leaf powder to the feed can reduce the feed intake of geese and reduce the feeding cost, thereby obtaining economic benefits.
