According "National Land remediation plan(2011-2015)", Many peopleand little land is our country's fundamental reality,it is still not changed. With the development of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization further. The contradiction of land supply and demand is very prominent. Protection of arable land and land conservation work will be more arduous.Land consolidation is by nature engineering change is a comprehensive social engineering, becoming the "protection and development, keeping the red line, promote transformation, improve people" an important starting point and the basic platform. It is an important means in the implementation of the most stringent farmland protection system and the most stringent conservation system.At present, the area of land renovation project is larger, the amount of the project is more complex. When using the traditional methods, it is easy to land management planning and design is not scientific, land management project supervision and management work is not comprehensive and other issues. Remote sensing satellites and manned aircraft technology there is a certain restriction, not all land remediation projects can be applied. With the combination of UAV technology and digital camera technology,low-altitude aerial drone technology emerged. It has the advantage of cheap cost, high efficiency, low-altitude operations under the cloud, simple operation, high accuracy data,etc. It has become a favored land remediation industry in addition to satellite remote sensing technology outside the traditional means of remote sensing.In this study, low-altitude aerial survey method County of Jiangxi Province added cultivated land remediation project area to survey research. Before shooting land remediation project implementation and after the completion of high-resolution remote sensing maps, on remote sensing data processing software platform for analysis, the number of new arable land, location, estimated arable land remediation projects added. Time cost of only 7.5 hours, aboutsaving nearly 50% more than traditional measurement methods. Without considering the weather impact on the result of the traditional measurement methods. Thus, the study concluded that low-altitude aerial survey techniques for new arable land remediation projects survey is feasible and adequate to meet the 1: 2000 digital line drawing cartographic accuracy.
