Asian longhorn beetle Anoplophora glabripennis has been attracting the attention of scholars both at home and abroad,because of masses of host plants,Long Life circle and hidden life area.Anoplophora glabripennis positioning the host plant by plant volatiles.host plant incluision can provide its physiological need of nutrition,which influence feeding and oviposition amount of Anoplophora glabripennis.So that a detailed research on volatiles and bark inclusion is required.Salix babylonica L.,Populus euramevicana‘I-214',Melia azedarach L.,Fraxinus chinensis Roxb,Casuarina equisetifolia L.is as the research object in this study.In order to learn different volatiles whether or not affect host-plant selection,several kinds of plants volatiles were successfully collected and detailed analyzed by means of dynamic head-space and GC-MS.In order to learn different amount of bark inclusion whether or not affect feeding and oviposition amount of Anoplophora glabripennis,determining the content of inclusions(soluble sugar,soluble protein,amino acid,tannin,total phenols)by colorimetric method and amino acid analyzer.EAG and indor biological experiments are used to verify the experimental results.Signifant differences were present for feeling sttrength of the antennae in relation to volatives from male and female adults.For male and female adults,?-pinene,camphene,nonyl aldehyde elicited high EAG response,for female adults,EAG responses to camphor and butyl acetate were appresent.Soluble sugar,carbon and nitrogen ratio,total essential amino acids and total amino acids in Bark Inclusions is related to the number of devilling and the feeding area.Appropriate content of carbon and nitrogen ratio and Soluble sugar with higher content of total essential amino acids and total amino acids is standard of the choice of feeding and oviposition of Anoplophora glabripennis.
