Study On The Short Racing Performance Of Youth Yili Horses And Jockey Evaluation And Grading

The subjects of this present study were 30 young Yili horses(2 years old) and 15 jockeys selected from Zhaosu Stud. Studies on the correlation between body height, body length, heart girth, cannon circumference, weight, gender and speed in 1200 m race, select body height, body length, pipe circumference, weight, sex five indicators as evaluation factor, using cluster analysis, discriminant analysis and a variety of mathematical analysis method to explore the youth Yili horses short racing performance evaluation and classification model; according to the 15 jockey body quality index and body shape index, using the variation coefficient method and percentile method to explore the jockey evaluation and the jockey grading system from the three parts of the evaluation index, the index weight and evaluation standard. It aims to provide data support for horses short racing performance evaluation and jockey evaluation and the jockey grading.The study result is as follow:In 1200 m race, the body height(P<0.01) was extremely significant positive correlation with speed, and body length(P<0.05) was significantly positive correlation with speed, cannon circumference(P<0.01) and weight(P<0.01) were extremely significantly negative correlation with speed, and gender(P<0.05) was significantly negative correlation with speed, but heart girth have no significantly correlation with speed.Using cluster analysis, factor analysis, discriminant analysis method to explore the youth Yili horse racing short performance evaluation and classification, the results showed the youth Yili horses can be divided into two levels: the first category, the highest score is 1.89, is divided into fine horse; The second category score is 1.11, is divided into an inferior horse.Using discriminant analysis method received the young Yili short racing performance discriminant classification mathematical model, through the model prediction, the correct rate was 93.3%, indicating that the obtained discriminant function can reasonable judgment of unknown samples.Using variation coefficient method and percentile method to explore the jockey evaluation and the jockey grading system, the result show that the 15 jockey body quality and body shape weight of index respectively, Push-ups: 0.12, 25 kg Bench press: 0.12, 35 kg Leg Extension: 0.09, Leapfrog: 0.13, Superman: 0.14, Sit-ups: 0.12, Rope skipping, 0.08, The 3000 m cross-country: 0.10, Weight: 0.06, Height: 0.04.According to the composite evaluation score jockey can be divided into three grades, the composite evaluation score higher than 2.374 points to finest grade jockey, 1.747 to 2.373 is divided into medium jockey, less than 1.746 is divided into primary jockey.Percentile method is easy to operate, simple operation process, be able to make an objective evaluation and grading to jockey, can objectively reflect the level of jockey, it is an ideal comprehensive evaluation method for jockey.
