Biomass energy is an environment friendly and reproducible energy resource.In this paper,chemical components and caloric value of pinus rigida in leaf,branch,trunk at different age were measured.Taking into consideration the biomass yield and ecological adaptability,the integrative performance of pinus rigida for biomass energy was evaluate.There were 2 bisic using ways to make Pinus rigida biomass into briquetting fuel and bio-oil.The preparation technology of pinus rigida briquetting fuel was analyzed and optimized by response surface method and the component of pyrolytic bio-oil was measured by PY-GC-MS system.The main study results were stated as follows:(1) Chemical components and caloric value of Pinus rigida in leaf,branch,trunk at different age were measured,the result demonstrated that the difference of all chemical components content at different age were not significant;in different positions the relationship were as follows:average water content was about 46%,the difference of water content in different positions was not significant;average ash content was 2.5% in leaf,1.3% in branch,0.6% in trunk,the difference of ash content in different positions was very significant and appeared leaf >branch >trunk;average cellulose content was 19.2% in leaf,26.9% in branch,33.3% in trunk,average lignin content was 12.2% in leaf,30.5% in branch,31.1% in trunk,the difference of cellulose and lignin content in different positions was very significant and appeared trunk >branch >leaf;average hemicellulose content was 11.2% in leaf,13.5% in branch,12.8% in trunk,the difference of hemicellulose content in different positions was not significant;average crude fat content was 15.3% in leaf,12.1% in branch,12.9% in trunk,the difference of crude fat content in different positions was significant,there was most in leaf;average soluble sugar content was 7.4% in leaf,2.6% in branch,2.1% in trunk,the difference of soluble sugar content in different positions was very significant and appeared leaf >branch >trunk;average starch content was 2.6% in leaf,6.4% in branch,2.8% in trunk,the difference of starch in different positions was very significant,there was most in branch;average tannin content was 2.3% in leaf,2.9% in branch,3.5% in trunk,the difference of tannin content in different positions was not significant;average protein content was 6.6% in leaf,2.2% in branch,1.5% in trunk,the difference of protein in different positions was very significant,there was most in leaf.Caloric value was about 4900 kcal/kg,the difference of caloric value was not significant in different positions but was significant at different age,it was up to most at the age of 6.(2) Pinus rigida showed low ash and lignin content and high caloric value,which were beneficial for biomass energy.Taking in account the nice performance in both biomass yield and ecological adaptability,a conclusion could be made that Pinus rigida was an excellent plant for biomass energy.(3) The essay explored the correlativity between density of briquetting fuel and temperature(A),moisture(B), average particle diameter(C), pressure(D).The result demonstrated that the influence of temperature,moisture,average particle diameter, pressure was very significant,and the reciprocity of AB,AC,BC was highly significant too.In order to insure the density of pinus rigida briquetting fuel reach the requirement of national standard,the targeted density of briquetting fuel was setted at 1.02 g/cm3 witch was a little larger than standard.Via design-expert 8.0 software the best preparation technology for pinus rigida briquetting fuel was 131 ? for temperature, and 10.42% for moisture,1.0 mm for average particle diameter,65 Mpa for pressure,on these conditions the density was up to 1.019 g/cm3,crushing strength was 98.86%,these two indicators reach the requirement of national standard for briquetting fuel.(4) The pyrolytic bio-oil component of Pinus rigida at 400,500,600 ?by PY-GC-MS system.The result demonstrated that the bio-oil contained different organic compound of C2~C19 and there were much larger molecular in bio-oil at pyrolytic temperature of 400 ? than 500 ? and 600 ?,that was to say higher temperature was beneficial to producing small molecular.The chemical component of bio-oil contained aldehyde, ketone, derivative of phenol and so on.The bio-oil should be further processed to make its property more better so that it could be used as a kind of oil product.
