Introduction And Selection Of Flue Cured Tobacco Varieties In Xiangxi

In 2014-2015, the adaptability was studed on different flue-cured tobacco varietie in xiangxi tobacco zone, more than just flue-cured tobacco varieties comparison experiment, root disease resistance identification, varieties comparison demonstration effect, etc are studied. The results show that:1. Experimental comparison of the characteristics of flue cured tobacco varietiesIn variety comparison test in 2014, the agronomic characters of the varieties was good of Yunyan 87, AH 1006,2010-6, Guiyan 2; the varieties was easy baked of Yunyan 87,1505, K2, these varieties is not easy to bake of AH1006,2010-6; The varieties with good resistance to root disease was 2010-6, less resistant varieties was Guiyan 2; the plant height was higher of the three varieties Bina 1, Yueyan 97, NC196, the effective leaf number were more of K326, NC196, respectively for 21.1 and 20.6 leaf, leaf number was least of Yunyan 99, was 15.6 leaf; the output value was the highest of bina 1, and the lowest was NC297; the highest average price of varieties were Yunyan 99 and Bina 1, the lowest variety is NC196. Comprehensive test results was that, yield and baking properties is better of Yunyan 99, but disease resistance on the roots is general, Yield and output value were higher of Bina 1than those of the control variety yunyan87 and K326.2. Identification of resistance to root diseases of flue cured tobacco varietiesThrough the identification of resistance of flue-cured tobacco varieties test in 2014, the varieties to black shank disease performance was resistant of DixieBright101, grafting Yunyan 87, Guiyan 1,2010-6, AH1006, Fandisanhaoyibing, Minyan 9, NC297, NC196, SPG-168, K2, these varieties to black shank disease showed resistant of 1505,6513, Bina 1, K326, Yunyan 87, Yueyan 97, other varieties showed susceptible to disease. The varieties to bacterial wilt showed resistant of 2010-6, Yueyan 97, grafting Yunyan 87, Binchengdayehanyan, Guiyan 1, K2, AH1006, Guiyan 2, Minyan 9, NC297, Bina 1,1505, K326, Fandisanhaoyibing, Gexin 3, Yunyan 87, NC196,6513, DixieBright101, SPG-168, Yunyan 99 to bacterial wilt performance resistant. The comprehensive resistance were good of the five varieties for Bina 1, Yueyan 97,6513, K326,1505.3. Demonstration of the introduction of flue cured tobacco varietiesThe test in 2015, the plant height were higher of the two varieties Yueyan 97 and Bina 1, the Yueyan97 was 132.9cm at squaring stage, Bina 1 for 118.3cm, and the K326 were lowest; the section was max distance of Yunyan 99, Yueyan 97, the K326 pitch was minimum; the effective leaf number was more of Bina 1, NC297, respectively for 22.7 and 21.2 tablets, leaf number was the least of Yunyan 99. The incidence of serious disease roots varieties were Yueyan 97 and Yunyan 99, the incidence of lighter varieties for NC196 and Bina 1. The output yield was the highest of Yueyan97, the lowest is K326; the output value were the highest was NC196, and the minimum was K326, Yunyan87 and Yunyan 99 is the varieties with the highest average price, the lowest variety was K326; the yield and output value is good of Bina 1, its are higher than the control cultivar of Yunyan 87 and K326.Based on the above test, the economic traits was better of Yunyan 99, root disease resistance is not strong, it can be demonstration for small area in lesser incidence area; Bina 1 was better performance in the plot experiment and demonstration, easy drying, its resistance performance was better on the roots disease, the yield and output value were higher than the control cultivar of Yunyan 87 and K326, it can recommended demonstration for large area in Xiangxi tobacco growing areas.
