The effects of tobacco straw bio-organic fertilizer and quicklime on soil fertility, the growth and development of tobacco and the quality of flue-cured tobacco was studied, the dynamic changes of soil fertility, agronomic traits, disease incidence, chemical composition and physical properties, economic benefits of flue-cured tobacco were analyzed. The results showed that:Applying tobacco straw bio-organic fertilizer and quicklime suitable proportion could improve soil nutrient status, alleviate soil acidification; The application of tobacco straw bio-organic fertilizer and lime fertilizer could improve tobacco growth, reduce the mosaic disease, bacterial wilt, brown spot disease incidence at 2.61%,15.00%,5.30%, but the rate of application of organic fertilizer should be no more than 20%;Organic fertilizer and lime fertilizers could increase the opening piece of the leaf to a certain extent, decreased stem ratio to 32.19%, the thickness of cured tobacco leaf blade, water content, leaf weight tended to be improved, and so did tobacco leaf total sugar, reducing sugar etc. The ratio of potassium to chlorine was improved, sugar to nicotine ratio and sugar to nitrogen ratio were all about 10, and the tobacco quality was improved. The application of bioorganic manure increased fine leaf proportions 4.05%, average price 1.92 yuan/kg, output 92.76kg/hm2, output value 5827.05 yuan/hm2 respectively. In summary, applying the tobacco straw bio-organic fertilizer and quick lime rational could improve soil fertility, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco; the best treatment is A2B3,80% tobacco-specific basal fertilizer tobacco+20% tobacco straw bio-organic fertilizer and quicklime at 50 kg/667m2.
