To study effects of CrylAb protein on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and acetylcholinesterase(AChE) in Drosophila melanogaster by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and ultraviolet spectroscopy.The results showed that levels of CrylAb protein continuously accumulated in 0-10 feed times.Compared with normal level,specific avtivity of AChE、SOD and GSH-Px were inhabited.The inhibition on the activity of AChE and SOD、GSH-Px were strenghtened and reduced respectively with the increasing content of CrylAb protein.But after 10d,content of poisonous protein was reduced,with attenuated inhibitions of AChE、 SOD and GSH-Px,while still lower than controls.These results suggest that there exists bioaccumulation of CrylAb protein and specific avtivity of AChE、SOD and GSH-Px can be inhabited.CrylAb protein processing of Drosophila melanogaster,feeding to be Pardosa pseudoannulata,using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) determined the content of CrylAb protein of experimental and control group in 1d,3d,5d,7d,9d,11d.Utiliing ultraviolet spectroscopy investigated the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and acetylcholinesterase(AChE) in Pardosa pseudoanmulata,discvissed the effects of CrylAb protein bioaccumlation and three Enzymes in vivo of Pardosa pseudoannulata.The results showed that from 1st day to 7th day CrylAb protein bioaccumlation in Pardosa pseudoannulata, the highest value in 7th day, and then gradually decreased. Compared with control group,the specific avtivity of SOD were inhabited especially in 7th day,but the activity of GSH-Px and AChE increased with time,higher than control group. The study proposed that bioaccumulation of CrylAb was possessed in Pardosa pseudoannulata, CrylAb protein induced the activity of AChE and GSH-Px,on the contrary,the acivity of SOD was inhibited by the CrylAb protein.CrylAb protein was observed by comparison with the impact of the Pardosa pseudoannulata weight and growth index (body length, carapace width, wide domain of the eye, leg, etc.).Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) determination of Cry1Ab protein in the content of the Pardosa pseudoannulata and Drosophila melanogaster, proven food chain transfer of CrylAb protein through the medium-fruit flies-and intends to Pardosa pseudoannulata, the final proposedring Pardosa pseudoannulata the body enrichment as well as toxic protein in each trophic level variation with the transfer of the food chain. The results showed that, of Cry1Ab protein on the different ages intended to Pardosa pseudoannulata of body length, carapace width, the width of the eye domain, legs and other growth indicators there is no significant difference, but have a certain impact on body weight, so its weight is slightly a downward trend. CrylAb protein within the 0-10d proposed Pardosa pseudoannulata body accumulating, but intends to ring after 10 days Pardosa body CrylAb protein content decreased, the studies have shown the CrylAb protein enrichment effect of Pardosa pseudoannulata body.
