A Research On Different Scale Tilapia Aquaculture Technology Efficiency Difference And Influencing Factors

Because tilapia with high survival rate,growth and reproduction of fast,high yield,has become the focus of the world's freshwater fish farming.It also has a lot of farming,mostly in Guangdong,Hainan and other coastal provinces,mainly in our country,Shandong,Jiangsu and other inland provinces also have a small farming.China's annual exports of a large number of tilapia,the annual export volume ranked first in the world,but export prices have been low.Accompanied by the recently rising costs of aquaculture and the fluctuating price of tilapia,especially in 2012 a lot of tilapia farmers in coastal areas have suffered a serious loss phenomenon,for our healthy development of tilapia aquaculture caused a great impact.The tilapia aquaculture farmers as the main participants,and their behavior directly affects the production level of the entire aquaculture supply of tilapia aquaculture industry as a whole are likely to have a greater effect.At the same time,"large-scale farming" is the only way for the development of tilapia industry,promote farmers scale,intensive farming is the guiding principle of the whole industry,but there is still no clear definition of the scope of the specific scale,but also in practical work simply encourage farmers to increase the size of ponds,without considering the scale of the problem of efficiency,many local governments are also facing policy Yihuhuhuapiao.Therefore,to explore the relationship between the scale of farming efficiency and production technology,research farmers technical efficiency factors,these technologies to improve the efficiency of tilapia farmers,improve the healthy development of tilapia aquaculture has important significance and value.Based on the above background,this paper on the basis of domestic and foreign scholars on the existing research results to tilapia farmers in Hainan province as the main object,using SBM model estimates the efficiency of production technology Hainan tilapia farmers,and from the perspective of the scale explore the relationship between size and efficiency of production technology,the application of Tobit model on the basis of analysis of the factors affecting the efficiency of production technology,farmers,and ultimately come to the following conclusions:(1)overall production stage tilapia technical efficiency is generally not high,there is a big factor inputs farmers waste situation;(2)the size of tilapia farming technology and efficiency was "U-type" trend that technical efficiency is lower than medium-sized farmers and small-scale farmers large-scale farming households,while the technical efficiency of large-scale farmers also significantly higher than the small-scale farmers,namely technical efficiency value axis scale changes in the presentation of "U-type" has left low right high characteristics;(3)the overall productivity regression,education,training frequency farming techniques and market ability to obtain information on the technical efficiency of raw tea farmers have a positive role in promoting,funding constraints have negative is its inhibitory effect;(4)technical efficiency of different scale farming groups factors There are differences,have been raised in the small age group,participate in cooperative and technical training efficiency all have a positive impact on the efficiency of production technology,and the impact of risk perception is negative;in the medium-scale education,technical training efficiency,fisheries income by accounting and market information access capabilities are there on the efficiency of a significant positive impact on financial constraints,there are negative impacts;massive group,age and financial constraints affecting the efficiency of the production technology is negative,the other level of education,fisheries income accounting,whether subsidized,risk perception and ability to obtain market information have shown a positive impact on the relationship.On the basis of empirical research,this paper study the local situation when Hainan acquisition,made the following recommendations:(1)improve the quality of their own farmers,emphasis on human capital investment;(2)to further improve the land transfer system;(3)to guide the creation of local production cooperatives and improve;(4)active in a variety of agricultural training;(5)efforts to increase the supply of public goods.
