In recent years,with the development of agricultural modernization progress,the level of farming mechanization enhances unceasingly.But because of our country's special farming system and scale,to promote the development of small agricultural machinery is very important.And among all kinds of small agricultural machinery the micro handheld tillers is particularly prominent.Then because of the development of micro handheld tillers starting late and lacking enough research on the farmer users in the development process,it can't play a role normally,and then affects the further promotion of the micro handheld tillers.Therefore,integrating into the humanization in the product design process of micro handheld tillers and improving the applicability of the products has important significance to improve the level of agricultural mechanization.Based on this situation,this paper conducted the thorough research to the humanized design of micro handheld tillers,and put forward the method of humanized design of products which was mainly to the needs of the users and including ergonomics,sculpting,Kansei engineering combined with product characteristics.The main contents are as follows:1.Laconically introducing the research status of micro handheld tillers' humanized design at home and abroad,pinpointing the research direction,and putting forward the research contents and methods;2.Summing up the classification of the existing micro handheld tillers,and selective analysis the user?use environment and product system itself;3.Combining with micro handheld tillers,summarizes the significance of humanization design and concrete realization form;4.Proposing user demand investigation method consisting Kano model and SD scale method,and carrying on the questionnaire survey on related users to obtain users' demand;5.Elaborating in detail the process of implementation of the humanization design in the product design of micro handheld tillers taking one agricultural machinery company's product as an example;6.Using the eye movement test,CATIA UAV Simulation verifying the design rationality,and proposing the fuzzy synthesis judgment method of humanization based on the degree to Kano model of the survey results.The conclusion of this paper provides a reference for the humanization design of micro handheld tillers,especially making an important theoretical and practical significance in the users' requirements acquisition method and the design orientation.
