Arable land is an important land resource and guarantee of grain production.Arable land changes affects grain yield and agricultural development,so study on arable land changes and evaluation grade has important significance in theory and practice.Through the construction of arable land information platform to show the characteristics of arable land information and its changes,not only can provide decision support for the agricultural management department,but also for farmers and agricultural technicians to provide information services.This paper takes Duolun County,Xilingol League in Inner Mongolia as the research area,using RS and GIS for the data processing and information extraction.According on infection factors and index of arable land,we evaluated the grade on arable land change.So all program is developed by Java in J2 EE platform,using open WebGIS to build the arable land information system.This paper mainly carried out the following work:1.Research on the changes of arable land in Duolun County.By extracting the information in 1975,1990,2000,2005,2010 and 2015,sorting from low to high by date,we can obtain 5 time series of 1975-1990,1990-2000,2000-2005,2005-2010 and 2010-2015.We can get the result by overlay map layers of each time series.In terms of quantity,the count was gradually decreasing in 1975-2000.2000-2010 is the most dramatic changing period.In 2010-2015,the downward trajectory actually is flattening out a little bit.From the distribution of the region,the range is increasing over time,the changes becoming increasingly intense.2.Research on the grade evaluation of arable land in Duolun County.Using the overlay method to determine evaluation units,and by selecting slope,altitude,soil,water,roads,settlement place and fragmentation to determine weight of index.According to the evaluation criteria,the arable land in Duolun County was divided into 5 grades,and the change of arable land grade was obtained.Research shows that level 1,level 2,and level 3 of arable land increase is greater than reduction in 1975-2000,and reduction is greater than increase in 2000-2005;Level 4 of arable land increase is greater than reduction in 1975-1990 and 2010-2015,reduction is greater than increase in 1990-2010;Level 5 has the small number,the change of level 5 was not obvious.3.Research on the development mode and architecture of Arable land information system in Duolun County.The research based on a variety of open source WebGIS components,select J2 EE as the system architecture model,D3 and Leaflet as browser visual component,combined with Echars and EasyUI library to develop;design the system development plan,design the system function,database and interface,and using Web server and map server to manage;using the format of GeoJSON data to represent spatial data.Using the changes and the evaluate results for data visualization in WebGIS.4.Research on the realization of arable land information system in Duolun County.The research has realized many functions such as permission control,map operation,data query,data statistics and analysis.With the arable land change results and arable land evaluation results,the system can provide the level,quantity,distribution for users to query and obtain specific information.Users can fully understand the change of arable land.The system for land management departments,industry users,scholars and farmers to decision making through operations research,practical application,scientific research and information inquiry provide basic service platform.
