Maize is one of the main crops in our country,but the conversion rate of agricultural science and technology is not high.The growth period of maize is longer,and the process is more complex.Corn growth and development in addition to the internal physiological mechanisms,but also with the external growth environment has a great relationship,especially the light environment,which is also a front topic,has a high academic significance.During the growth process,the interaction between the maize and the light environment is carried out.But corn light distribution is difficult to test measurement and simulation study,if the establishment of three-dimensional Maize model in computer,simulate light in maize transmission,reflection,and can precisely and intuitively the were studied.In recent years,with the progress of information technology,virtual plants has gradually become an active field of interdisciplinary research,which attracts the attention of experts in various fields.However,how to on the computer to realize under the influence of environmental factors of plant simulation is the research in the field of a difficult,the difficulty is mainly manifested in the interaction of plants and the environment is a quite complex process and involves in many factors,it is difficult to find a universal mathematical model to describe it.In this paper,we mainly study many environmental factors on maize growth has an important role in the light environment,focuses on the study of the light environment on maize growth morphological changes and physiological effects,established a maize interacts with the environment illumination model,a light under the influence of maize growth simulation method is proposed,and the use of computer technology,dynamic simulation of virtual maize and light exposure between interaction process.Main work is as follows:(1)Firstly,combined with China's corn planting background conditions,are put forward based on light environment of Maize Growth Simulation of necessity;then,introduces the application characteristics of virtual plants at home and abroad research status,analysis of various growth model,from the virtual plant technology of producing and origin to the later flourished,and now the research focus and direction.Finally,introduces the main contents and innovation points of this paper.(2)The main introduction of the light module to use the ray tracing algorithm of the relevant knowledge,from the classical ray tracing algorithm,to the ray tracing algorithm to improve the introduction of a variety of acceleration algorithm.(3)In order to build a realistic effective maize growth light environment proposed based on bipartite bounding box inverse ray tracing algorithm.First of all,on the surface of the corn established bipartite bounding boxes of pretreatment,eliminate and light disjoint redundant,reduce light and corn intersection computation;secondly,it introduces the shading factor to simplify the calculation of light complexity.Finally,through adjustment light threshold is reached the light environment realistic algorithm efficiency and the degree of the organic unity.(4)In order to verify the inverse ray tracing algorithm is fast and effective,the establishment of three-dimensional Maize model,comparing different bounding box for the operation rate,obtained fall within the ambit of the bounding box for speed is the fastest,inverse ray tracing algorithm to simulate maize growth effect more vivid.(5)Review the full text,summarize the main work of this paper and the shortcomings of the existence,and the future work is prospected.
