Comparison Analysis Of Body Weight,Size And Egg Quality Of Three Duck Breeds And The Study Of Artificial Insemination Technology Of Shanma Duck

China is the world’s duck breeding country,has a rich variety of resources.Duck farming requires abundant water,land,manpower and other resources.Jiangxi as a rich water resources rich duck breed shortage of agricultural province,research and cultivation of the province of duck varieties,improve resource utilization and production efficiency of the province’s agricultural development is of great significance.In this study,the body weight,body size and egg quality of three duck breeds of Jingjiang duck,Yamaha duck and Shaoxing duck were analyzed.At the same time,the artificial insemination technique Duck breeding provides data support.Most of the determination of the work in Jiangxi Tianyuan duck field,egg quality determination in Jiangxi Agricultural University completed.The major content were showed as follows:1、The weight of Jingjiang duck,Yamaha duck and Shaoxing duck three ducks were measured.The growth and development of different cultivars were analyzed by three nonlinear models(Logistic,Gompertz,Von bertalanffy).It is found that the logistic model of Shanma Duck and Jingjiang Duck is better than that of Shaoxing Duck,and Gompertz is better in Shaoxing Duck.χ 2 Fit Goodness Test of Jingjiang Duck,Shama Duck and Shaoxing Duck is also found.Gompertz model analysis can obtain better fit degree.2、The weight and body size of Jingjiang duck,Yamaha duck and Shaoxing duck three ducks were determined.The regression equation was established by regression analysis.,Shanma duck:Y=-714.354+ 98.965X1,Jing-jiang duck: Y=-446.850+92.891X4+154.873X6,Shaoxing duck: =-958.732+97.546X1+58.218X6.According to the regression equation,the relevant traits of each index can be used in practical production.3、choose Jingjiang duck,Yamaha duck and Shaoxing duck and,take a single,double cage under different modes of feeding,compare different varieties of ducks under different feeding patterns of egg quality differences.The results showed that the quality of the eggs was higher than that of the single cage group,Double cage feeding eggshell thick,large egg density,suitable for breeding duck eggs.The results showed that the shell thickness and egg shell specific gravity were significantly higher than those of the white shell,indicating that the transport and preservation of the green shell will be more dominant,protein,egg white,egg yolk ratio was no significant difference,Indicating that the internal quality of the egg is not significant difference.4、The effects of factors such as the frequency of extraction and the concentration ofdifferent dilution,energy loss and frequency on the fertilization rate and hatching rate were studied.The results show:The semen quality of the male ducks semen collected was 2 days(every 3 days)group was better than that of the other group.the dilution normal saline 10 times dilution semen,volume of insemination,Insemination interval for 3 days,Can obtain the better production effect.
