In the process of pig breeding,a large number of sick and dead pigs will be produced due to stillbirth,disease,natural disasters and the like.If these dead pigs are not treated or handled improperly,they will cause harm to people and animals,cause pollution to the environment,and waste resources.Compared with traditional dead pig treatment methods(incineration method,landfill method,hydrolysis method and composting method),thermophilic aerobic fermentation technology has the advantages of short treatment cycle,high degree of reduction,resource recovery,safety and environmental protection.At present,the thermophilic aerobic fermentation treatment technology of dead pigs is still in the exploration stage,and the effect of treatment process on the treatment effect has not been reported.In order to shorten the thermophilic aerobic fermentation time of the dead pigs and improve the fermentation quality,the thermophilic aerobic fermentation process was studied in this paper.According to test results,the thermophilic aerobic fermentation treatment equipment of the dead pigs was developed,and the performance test was carried out on the equipment.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.Temperature test.The test set three temperatures of 50?,60? and 70?.The test results showed that the fermentation effect was best when the temperature was 60?,and the FAA content of the fermentation product was 16.62g/kg,the moisture content could be decreased by 24%~27% within 24 h,the pass rate of the 4.75 mm sieve was over 80%,and the pH was 5.2.2.Species category test.Three strains of TW,BM and SKH were selected in the experiment.The results showed that the fermentation effect of BM strain was the best.The FAA content of the fermentation product was 20.63g/kg,and the moisture content could be decreased by 27%~29% within 24 h,the pass rate of the 4.75 mm sieve was over 80%,and the pH was 5.4.3.Ventilation rate test.The test set three kinds of ventilation rate of 8L/(L?min),9L/(L?min)and 10L/(L?min).The test results showed that the fermentation effect was best when the ventilation rate was 10L/(L?min).The FAA content of the fermentation product was 21.41 g/kg,the moisture content was 5.0%,the pass rate of the 4.75 mm sieve was over80%,and the pH was 5.5.4.Development and of performance test of thermophilic aerobic fermentation equipment for dead pigs.The equipment adopts thermophilic aerobic fermentation technology to pulverize and ferment the dead pigs,and was heated by external sourcesduring the fermentation process.the temperature was 60 ?,the ventilation rate was10L/(L?min),and the BM strain was selected as the fermentation strain to test the performance of the equipment.The test result showed that the equipment can handle150kg~200kg dead pigs once,and the dead pigs can be harmlessly processed into powdery materials within 3d.The FAA content of the treated product is 20.74g/kg,the moisture content is reduced to 20%,pH is 4.78,the pass rate of 1.0mm sieve was 81.2%,the pass rate of 4.75 mm sieve was 90.6%,E.coli was not detected,and the average energy consumption of processing 1kg dead pig was 2.37kW?h.
