With straw,ash,cigarette butts as filter material,purification of aquaculture wastewater to achieve wastewater treatment taking solid-liquid separation clues as the main clues,filtration purification characteristics of straw,ash,cigarette butts,multiple composite materials on aquaculture wastewater purification and the ratio of cow dung and filtered residual solid mixture on affecting the aerobic fermentation process,are studied.To realize the solid-liquid separation of aquaculture wastewater,and providing convenience for the subsequent liquid respectively,reducing water content of organic matter,reducing the processing load,the filter material which was filtrated wastewater was mixed with cow dung as raw material to produce organic fertilizer,improve the economic benefits of aquaculture enterprises.The filtration effect on manure utilization of straw,ash and cigarette butts can achieve mixing of various materials and nutrient complementation,the effect after fermentation can be used as the basis of batch production of organic fertilizer,which not only realizes the removal of solid manure in the aquaculture wastewater for agricultural production,also provides a new means of production of organic fertilizer.With reducing the content of organic matter in filtered wastewater,the processing load is going to be reduced in subsequent anaerobic fermentation processing.Because although the content of organic matter in wastewater caused by biogas production decreased,but farming enterprises of biogas slurry consumptive land requirements is going to be reduced by reduction of biogas production and reduction of concentration,it has more practical significance.In this paper,it has four aspects of research:(1)Study on Purification of breeding wastewater by biomass ash: By poor analysis knowable,when the evaluation index with the COD value,it exerted influences to different degree in a descending order as: cleaning pipe diameter,filling height,ash particle size.Under the experimental conditions the removal rate of COD optimum parameters: ash particle size <1mm,purification diameter is 100 mm,filling height is 300 mm.Due to the large span of orthogonal test,and the experimental results cannot be used as the optimal.When TS is used as the evaluation index,it exerted influences to different degree in a descending order as: purification diameter,ash particle size,filling height.The best process under the experimental conditions is that ash particle size is less than 1mm,purification diameter is 100 mm,and filling height is 450 mm.When the conductivity is the evaluation index,it exerted influences to different degree in a descending order as: filling height,purification diameter,ash particle size.The best process under the experimental conditions is that ash particle size is less than 1mm,purification diameter is 100 mm,and filling height is 450 mm.TS index has the same the best combination as conductivity index.However,the main factor of the former is the purification of the pipe diameter,the latter is the main factor affecting the filling height.Compared with other factors,the ash particle size has little effect on the filtration and purification,which may be smaller than the particle size difference,and has no obvious effect on the purification effect.(2)Study on Purification of breeding wastewater by straw:When the evaluation index with the COD value,it exerted influences to different degree in a descending order as: straw size,filling height,and diameter.Under the experimental conditions the removal rate of COD optimum parameters: straw size is 50~60mm,purification diameter is 80 mm,filling height is 450 mm.Due to the large span of orthogonal test,the experimental results cannot be used as the optimal.When TS is used as the evaluation index,it exerted influences to different degree in a descending order as: filling height,stalk size,pipe diameter.The best process under the experimental conditions is that straw size is 10~20mm,purification diameter is 100 mm,filling height is 450 mm.When the conductivity is the evaluation index,it exerted influences to different degree in a descending order as: straw size,filling height,and diameter.The best process under the experimental conditions is that straw size is 10~20mm,purification diameter is 100mm;filling height is 450 mm.TS index has the same the best combination as conductivity index.However,the main factor of the former is the purification of the pipe diameter;the latter is the main factor affecting the straw size.Compared with other factors,the size of pipe diameter has little effect on the filtration and purification.The results can be seen from the actual measurement that when the diameter is larger,the filtering effect is better.It may be related to the high density of straw filter material in the tube diameter.(3)Study on Purification of breeding wastewater by butts: When the evaluation index with the COD value,it exerted influences on filtration of breeding wastewater by cellulose acetate to different degree in a descending order as: purification diameter,acetate fiber size,filling height.Under the experimental conditions the removal rate of COD optimum parameters: acetate fiber size is 50~60mm,purification diameter is 60 mm,filling height is 300 mm.Due to the large span of orthogonal test,the experimental results cannot be used as the optimal.When TS is used as the evaluation index,it exerted influences on filtration of breeding wastewater by cellulose acetate to different degree in a descending order as: purification diameter,acetate fiber size,filling height.The best process under the experimental conditions is that acetate fiber size is 50~60mm,purification diameter is 60 mm,filling height is 450 mm.When the conductivity is the evaluation index,it exerted influences to different degree in a descending order as: purification diameter,acetate fiber size,filling height.The best process under the experimental conditions is that acetate fiber size is 50~60mm,purification diameter is 100mm;filling height is 450 mm.TS index has the same the best combination as conductivity index.The three main factors are the main factors of purification diameter,and are 60 mm.It showed that when the pipe diameter was 100 mm,the filtration effect of acetic acid fiber was better.The experimental results of electrical conductivity of 1,3,4,7,8,9 groups are not lower than that of original breeding wastewater.The measured conductivity value does not decrease but increase,because that it may be due to the experimental use of acetate fiber material placed too long,adsorption of dust,impurities in the air,and the washing was not completely removed.(4)Research of multimedia compost of different material ratio: Effects of different material ratio on C/N,moisture content,p H and temperature in aerobic composting were studied.The C/N value was related to the proportion of cow manure in composting,the bigger the cow dung ratio,the smaller the C/N value,the minimum is 6.The water content was first increased and then decreased.The greater the proportion of cow dung,the water content was higher,to maintain a long time.PH decreased with decreasing temperature in the environment of weakly alkali.Throughout the experimental period,the temperature of all treatments goes through three stages: heating,high temperature,lower the temperature.During heating stage,the phenomenon that heating rate of 0,1,2 three treatments was significantly lower than the rest was concerned with slowly rising temperature was caused by the larger proportion of the addition cow dung of three treatments leading to a high bulk density;0 treatment was made up of pure cow dung,the organic matter content is the most,and the heating rate is the slowest.At cooling phase,the phenomenon that cooling rate of 0,1,2 three treatments was lower,because more moisture and organic matter in three treatments of the larger proportion of the addition cow dung was detrimental to ventilation and cooling.At cooling phase,the volume of all treatments experimental materials the structure became loose,the color changed from the initial black and yellow color to the unified brown,and the odor was reduced obviously.Temperature changes tended to room temperature changes.In the latter experiment,it can use the thermostats to eliminate the effect of weather change on test results.
