Research On Management Evaluation And Countermeasure Of Dayaoshan National Nature Reserve In Guangxi

Dayaoshan national nature reserve in Guangxi was established in 1982 to protect the water source for the purpose of protected areas and the rare and precious species,as the main object of protection,which is China's important biological gene bank.After 30 years of development.Dayaoshan national nature reserve made some achievements,but reserve management remains to be perfect.Based on the management of Dayaoshan National Nature Reserve,this paper adopts the methods of field investigation,literature review and questionnaire,through the management of the protected area,the mechanism,the decision-making,the implementation process and the management and supervision of the 5 factors 17 indicators of 35 questionnaire was used to investigate the questionnaire,and the comprehensive score of the protected area was 75.14 in the questionnaire survey,and the comprehensive rating is good;Based on the geographical environment.resource distribution and protection status of Dayaoshan National Nature Reserve,this paper analyzes the existing management effectiveness and operational characteristics of protected areas;On the basis of the questionnaire survey,the method of AHP was used to systematically diagnose the main influencing factors affecting the management of protected areas.Obtaining effective management of protected areas of the criteria layer 5 factor weight order are as follow:management foundation(0.3549)>management implementation(0.2854)>management supervision(0.1520)>management mechanism(0.1234)>management decision(0.0842).The comprehensive analysis of the relevant factors of the management index layer shows that the outstanding problems affecting the effective management of the protected areas are:Inadequate management institutions,inadequate investment in protection and management,inadequate management of community participation,and large contradictions in the development and utilization of protection.On this basis,in view of the main problems of reserve management of reserve construction,management and development put forward the corresponding countermeasures.National nature reserve management and the development direction of dayaoshan for systematic management strategy is put forward,respectively:Improve the reserve function orientation and planning;Solution to economic development and resource protection conflict;Strengthen the scientific research,effectively promoting the construction of reserve;Perfect management mechanism and system,optimize the management function;Moderate to reserve ecotourism;Synergy reserves around the common management,explore the road of joint protection;Broaden the investment and management,etc.The paper provides a new way for the development of nature reserves,and provides a reference for improving the management level of nature reserves.
