In this study,AA broilers were used as experimental animals and randomly divided into 5 groups,4 replicates of each component and 15 chickens each.A total of 0 mg / kg,50 mg / kg,100 mg / kg,150 mg / kg and 200 mg / kg were added to the basal diet of the five treatment groups for a period of 42 days.AA broiler growth performance,muscle quality and blood biochemical indicators of the impact of the broiler in the feed with the addition of Pusheng source of feeding effect,as the raw material as a chicken feed additive to provide a theoretical basis.Experiment 1: A total of 0 mg / kg,50 mg / kg,100 mg / kg,150 mg / kg and 200 mg/kg of Pusheng were added to the basal diet through a 42-day feeding trial.Growth performance.The results showed that: 1)Compared with the control group,the addition of100 mg / kg and 150 mg / kg of raw material could significantly increase the average daily gain of broilers at 1-21 days of age and improve the performance of AA broilers.2)Compared with the control group,the addition of Pushengyuan had no significant effect on the growth performance of broilers at 22-42 days of age.There was no significant effect on the growth performance of 1-42-day-old broilers.It was found that the addition of100 mg / kg and 150 mg / kg of raw material could improve the growth performance of broilers at 1-21 days of age,but had no significant effect on the later growth performance.Experiment 2: The chicken quality of each group of chickens was determined by performing a slaughter test on the test chickens in each of the trials.The results showed that: 1)The addition of Pusheng in the diet had no significant effect on chicken meat rate,early water and muscle flesh and drip loss.2)Compared with the control group,the shear strength of the right leg muscle of the control group was significantly higher than that of the other treatment groups at 21 days(P <0.05).At 42 days,the shear strength of the right chest muscle of each treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the addition of 100 mg / kg of Pusheng could significantly increase the dry matter content of the broilers(P <0.05).It can be seen,Pusheng source to a certain extent improve the quality of AA broiler chicken.Experiment 3: The immune organ index and blood biochemical indexes of each group were determined by performing a slaughter test on the test chickens in each test group.The results showed that the addition of Pusheng in diet had no significant effect on the immune organ index of AA broilers,but it could promote the development of immune organs to a certain extent compared with the control group.The results showed that: 1)Pu Shengyuan as a dietary additive in broiler production has improved the growth and immune function of broiler.2)Compared with the control group,the addition of 100 mg / kg,150 mg / kg and 200 mg / kg of raw material could significantly reduce the serum globulin and totalprotein content of 21-day-old broiler chickens Obviously affected.(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the total antioxidant capacity of the diet was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).At the age of 42 days,the diet was supplemented with 100 mg / Kg,150 mg / kg,200 mg / kg pu of the group,the activity of glutathione peroxidase was significantly higher than that of the control group.It can be seen,Pusheng on the immune mechanism of broiler has a certain improvement.
