Research on cutting system for sugarcane harvester was carried out by many domestic and foreign scholars from many aspects,most of which were in the laboratory conditions,in view of statics and dynamics analysis of the influence of related parameters on cutting quality,however,in order to actually promote the use of sugarcane harvester,research on cutting system in actual working conditions is of great significance in improving sugarcane cutting quality.This paper mainly aims to improve cutting sugarcane quality(in this paper cutting sugarcane quality includes the broken rate,sugarcane's broken degree,tearing length,the crack width and crack amounts.As for crack length and each evaluation standard index seen in Chapter fifth)and solve the problem of logistics patency for the cutting system and lack of power for the sugar cane harvester,around cutter system's effect in the actual working conditions on sugar cane harvesting.Dynamic simulation technology and virtual prototype design technology were applied in studying sugarcane's cutting mechanism and optimizing the cutting mechanism.On the basis of the research above the physical prototype with variable structure parameters was developed,and influence of the actual cutting system working dynamic parameters on cutting sugarcane quality was studied through field experiments.Thus,the design method of the cutting system based on sugarcane quality was discussed in order to realize the optimization for cutting performance of cutting system.The paper focuses on existing problems of second sugarcane harvester prototype,such as the broken rate and poor cutting sugarcane quality,logistics jam of cutting system,lack of power of sugarcane cutter,in order to improve cutting sugarcane quality and solve the problem of logistics patency for the cutting system and lack of power for the sugar cane harvester.The specific works are as follows.First,taking second physical prototype as object,sugar cane cutting quality,logistics in the flow,and power for cutting cutter system as the test objects r repeated tests were carried out,and whether the structure is reasonable is analyzed.According to test results,existing problem of the cutting system was discussed,and a preliminary plan for improving the cutting system was put forward.Secondly,in consideration of sugar cane cutting quality and logistics in the cutting system,applying simulation and virtual prototype technology,research on whether sugar cane can smoothly go through the logistics channel of cutting system was carried out,which provided the basis for the development of improved prototype.Thirdly,taking sugar cane cutting quality,logistics in the flow,and power for cutting cutter system as the index,reliable improvement scheme for cutter of prototype machine was put forward.Fourthly,the physical prototype structure was improved,through the test the rationality of the designed structure was discussed,and the theory analysis and simulation results were further verified,the optimal relevant parameters were obtained,which provided data support for a further optimization for the following prototype.The cutting quality of optimized cutting system is greatly improved by 19.8%than before;In the buried cutting condition,the broke rate can be controlled below 10%;Meanwhile delivery speed of logistics system is increased by 21%.
