The current low level of mechanization of sugarcane harvesting of our country seriously restrict the development of the sugar industry.Due to such as the poor reliability and low efficiency of rod type sugarcane harvester comparing to cutting-off type harvesting machine,the rod type sugarcane harvester on the market can no longer further promote.The design of cleaning leaves element is a bottleneck in the rod type sugarcane harvester,therefore developed a good effect stripping leaves,wearable,longer fatigue life and lightweight cleaning leaves element has an important significance.This paper from developed the small rod type sugarcane harvester prototype which applied to the Guangxi regional characteristics hills to study the raking-leaves component that the key part of the sugarcane leaves cleaner.From our previous theoretical studies raking leaves,combined with the original rubble raking-leaves component problems to design the spring steel raking-leaves component.Studied the spring steel raking-leaves component for the effect of factors rake leaves theoretical analysis and dynamic simulation analysis and experimental verification,and finally get the optimum combination of parameters,provide design reference for the third generation of the rod sugarcane harvester prototype.The main contents of this article are the following aspects:1.The analysis revealed the existence of the original rubber raking-leaves roll function is not strong,do not wear,high cost,which made the design of the spring steel raking-leaves component analysis found that it has such lightweight,wearable,and longer fatigue life features,and its checked and found this spring steel raking-leaves component can meet the requirements.2.Through the force analysis of sugarcane found that the main factors affecting rake leaves are the stiffness and the speed of raking-leaves component and the interleaving depth of the raking-leaves component and sugarcane.3.By ADAMS dynamics and kinematics simulation software,obtained contact force element with raking-leaves component.And change the speed of the raking-leaves roll,diameter raking-leaves component,the interleaving depth of the r raking-leaves component and sugarcane of these three factors cane simulation,comparative analysis of simulation results showed that it consistent with the theory.4.Independent research and development test platform,by comparing the test,two-factor test,orthogonal test,validation test,a plurality of the test and high-speed photography experiment to get the optimal parameter combination which impacted raking-leaves roll effect and further verify the correctness and feasibility of the theory spring steel raking-leaves component analysis.
