Research And Application On Web Service Of The Evaluation Of Soil And Water Loss In Changting County

Assessment of Soil and Water Loss(ASWL)is the basic work for preventing and controlling Soil and Water Loss(SWL),which is of great significance to promote the level of related decision-making.Traditional stand-alone-desktop-software based ASWL was laborious,ineffective,and difficulty in integrating and sharing.The development of Web Service technology and geographical information service makes it possible to make the evaluation model online through the standard service interface,which improves the accessibility and interoperability of the evaluation model and the relative data.The establishment of the evaluation Web Service of SWL based on the geographical information service can solve the drawbacks of the traditional ASWL.On the basis of research achievements related to ASWL in Changting County,this thesis carries out the research on Web Service of ASWL in Changting County,probes its inplementation mechanisms,establishes the evaluation model service of SWL in Changting County,and then designs and develops a prototype system-the WebGIS on ASWL in Changting County by calling the service.The specific contents and results are as fellows:(1)It summarized the current research status about the geographical information service and the evaluation Web Service of SWL at home and abroad,presented the technical solution of how to establish the evaluation model service of SWL in Changting County based on geographical information service after analyzing drawbacks of traditional ASWL ways,and elaborated the involved Web Service technology and geographical information service specifications of OGC.(2)It introduced the evaluation model of SWL in Changting County,studied and stated the key theoretical and technical issues in online publication of evaluation models of SWL.On this basis,the realization mechanism of the evaluation Web service of SWL in Changting County was proposed,which laid the foundation for realizing the service of the evaluation model of SWL in Changting County.(3)It analyzed the release process of the evaluation Web Service of SWL and designed the service architecture,and established the evaluation model service of SWL in Changting County under the guidance of the above realization mechanism,which included five fine-grained service:service of the assessment model of the single factor in rainfall,soil,landform,vegetation and water conservation and two coarse-grained service:service of sensitivity evaluation model and risk assessment(4)It called the realized service of the assessment model of SWL,designed and developed the WebGIS prototype system for the assessment model of SWL in Changting County.The result shows that the developed system inproves the efficiency of ASWL and can satisfy the demand of the general users who want to obtain the assessment data of SWL in Changting and the professional researchers who engage in ASWL.
