Study On Soil And Water Conservation Measures In Ecotourism Development Of Changting County,Fujian Province

Economic development and ecological conservation,as an important part of sustainable development,have become the focus of our country and even the world.Especially,how to coordinate economic development and ecological soil and water conservation has become a key problem for local governments to solve in the fragile eco system.Changting is a historical and cultural city in China,which has rich ecological tourism resources,is the southern red soil areas of soil erosion in China is one of the most serious counties.Although the situation of soil and water loss has been greatly improved under the active governance of the governments at all levels,the management and consolidation of soil erosion is still a long way to go.In recent years,especially in recent years,the development of eco-tourism in Changting has been flourishing.Its accompanying man-made attractions are too many.The development and construction of roads and hotels have caused a certain degree of damage to their ecological environment and the culture left behind by history.At the same time,mainly due to ChangtingCounty in hilly landform,abundant rainfall,soil anti erodibility,and vegetation destruction,resulting in serious soil erosion in Changting county.Therefore,how to do well in soil and water conservation and ecological protection in ecotourism development has become a bottleneck restricting the development of Changting's tourism economy.The current research on Ecological Tourism in Fujian County of Changting is relatively small,the measures of research is lack of systematic study on Soil and water conservation ecological tourism development process,this paper starts from the concept of ecological tourism,the present research status of soil and water conservation in Fujian County of Changting tourism resources,and analyze the existing problems.And in-depth study for relationship existed between the two,and put forward reasonable suggestions on Countermeasures of soil ecological tourism development in Changting county to maintain.The main results are as follows:(1)Changting County is a typical region of soil erosion in southern red soil,granite erosion is main type of soil erosion.In addition,tourism development and others have deepened the local soil and water loss,resulting in the decline of soil fertility and reservoir silting,which brought hidden trouble to the construction of local ecological environment.(2)The evaluation results of the eco-tourism health evaluation model in Changting County shows that the overall health level of the eco-tourism scenic spots in Changting county is not good,only forest coverage and net primary productivity of plants are in a healthy state.And the main reason is that the density of passengers is too large,which brings great pressure to the soil and water conservation of the local eco tourist attractions.(3)According to the development of ecotourism in Changting County in recent years,the main reasons for the soil erosion are laying stress on economic results,lack of scientific planning,and no consideration of natural environment in tourism development.(4)According to the geological environment characteristics of Changting County and the existing problems in the development of ecotourism,this paper suggests that the local government carry out the soil and water conservation activities from four aspects:rational planning,strengthening soil remediation,setting up the incentive mechanism of soil and water management,and strengthening technological innovation.And adhere to the combination of concept innovation,policy guidance and system guarantee to promote the healthy development of Changting County ecosystem.
