Different Storage Time On The Germination Characteristics Of Prunella Vulgaris L.Seed And Planting Technology Research

Prunella vugaris Linn is a perennial herb of the Labiatae Prunella,it is used to take the medicine of dried ear,it has the effect of clear vision,loose knot and swelling and others.There are some problems such as seed germination is slow and uneven germination.This paper mainly studies the seed germination and physiological characteristics of P.vulgaris L.Under different storage times(current storage,storage for 1 year,storage for 2 years),by seed priming technique to improve the storage of seed;as well as determination of main active constituents of P.vulgaris L.in different storage time;And through different planting techniques to plant current storage,storage for 1 year of P.vulgaris L.seeds,study on the agronomic traits and quality characteristics.The main results are as follows:1.In the process of storage,seed weight,moisture content,and germination rate with the increase of the storage time reduced;seed soluble protein content,CAT activity,and seed viability with storage years extended is reduced trend;the soluble sugar content and relative conductivity increased with increasing storage time.The moisture content,viability,germination of the seed decreased rate was positively correlated with the storage time,the combination of linear regression equation for Y=10.307-0.405 X,Y=106.45-9X,Y=79.931-0.9863X(p<0.01).Comprehensive seed quality and physiological characteristics,havrvest the year of P.vulgaris L.seed quality is better,stronger ability to adapt.2.Different priming treatments could improve the germination capacity of the seeds,20%PEG induced germination status of the current storage seeds was 86.33%;1.8%KNO3-KH2PO4 priming storage for 1 years,and 2 years of P.vulgaris L.seed germination status best,respectively for 79.33%,75.00%.By priming treatments,the soluble sugar content,the soluble protein content,and CAT activity have increased of all seeds,the 20~25% PEG priming lead to the best effects.3.The moisture content of P.vulgaris L.increased with the increase of storage time;the water extracts,alcohol extracts,ursolic acid,oleanolic acid and rosmarinic acid showed significant differences,and content with the same content,decrease active ingredients with the storage time.The storage period should be in the year of P.vulgaris L.Medicines is appropriate.4.Considering P.vulgaris L.spica yield and quality of two factors in Henan,Zhengzhou,P.vulgaris L.field can be used in the production of sowing in early September,the leading 25 cm,sowing depth 0.5cm planting 1.5kg/666.7m2 for drilling,selection of seed harvest that year;if stored for 1 year of seed,should be appropriate to increase seeding rate and improved density.
