Corn is the first important food crop in China.Its quality and safety not only concern with the life and health of human and livestock,but also reflect the levels of management and economic development of agricultural products in China.Feed corn needs to go through many sections from planting to production and processing.Meanwhile,each section can be compromised by poor mismanagement.At present,mycotoxin contamination is a major challenge in the supply chain of feed corn,but no systematic management measures have been established in China.Therefore,this paper takes Hebei Province as an example to study the management system of mycotoxin contamination in feed corn supply chain,carrying out just as follows:Through the study of domestic and foreign literature,it is determined that the management system of fungal toxin contamination in feed corn supply chains should be constructed on HACCP and supply chain management.First of all,the production and processing flowchart of feed corn was determined by on-the-spot investigation and the hazard analysis of each section in the process was carried out,risk factors that affect the feed corn contaminated with mycotoxins including technical factors,management factors,operator factors,environmental factors and government regulatory factors.In order to establish control and management measures of mycotoxins contamination of corn scientific and systematically the factors which affect the mycotoxin contamination of corn by using SPSS statistical analysis software.The results show that the factors affecting the mycotoxin contamination of feed corn can be divided into three principal components: production technology factor,staffing management,supply chain cooperative management.Secondly,relying on hazard analysis results,good production practices of feed corn production and processing were formulated to control the harmful factors in every section;Then,the critical control points in the production and processing of feed corn were determined by CCP decision tree.The critical control points are receiving,storage and processing steps and the critical limit,monitoring and correcting measures are determined.To solve the mycotoxin contamination caused by production and technical factors in feed maize supply chain;Finally,from the view of supply chain and government,we built the mycotoxin contamination management system of feed corn supply chains based on HACCP management system and collaborative governance theory.This study provides a theoretical basis for the establishment and improvement of mycotoxin contamination management system of the supply chains of feed corn in China.At the same time,it has a practical significance to ensure the safety of feed corn and feed.
