Research On The Protection And Management Of Wild Animal And Plant Resources In Zhouzhi Nature Reserve Of Shanxi Province

Located in southern Shaanxi Province,Zhouzhi County of Xi'an District of Shaanxi province Zhouzhi nature reserve of Qinling Mountains the north slope,the history has been one of the main distribution area of golden monkey,takin,pandas and other rare wild animal protection.In the area of vegetation type diversity,species rich and colorful,has obvious vertical distribution characteristics,Qinling Mountains' s biodiversity,vegetation and natural environment was the most representative one of the typical regions is one of the most endangered plant species number and species area,has the extremely important position in the protection of wild animal protection in the Golden Monkey its habitat and natural ecosystem integrity.Based on the Shaanxi province nature reserve of wild animal and plant resources investigation and study,highlighting the investigation for the golden monkey habitat and the other area will protect wildlife resources as supplementary investigation,combined with a large number of relevant research data,Qinling Mountains golden monkey population structure and feeding,social and migratory habits,and put forward the protection management countermeasures and suggestions in the management perspective,with a view to the future of the nature reserve of wildlife resources protection and management to provide reference.The research investigated Zhouzhi nature reserve in Shaanxi province as the goal provided wildlife conservation management measures,with taking golden monkey population and its habitat investigation as the key point and taking other wild animals and plants resources as auxiliary investigation,conducted about Qinling golden monkey,society,population structure and its feeding migratory habits investigation and study,based on these investigations,puts forward the protected wild animal and plant resources protection andmanagement countermeasures and suggestions,provide reference for the reserve management work in the future.The following results are obtained through research:(1)the density of golden monkeys in the Zhouzhi nature reserve of Shaanxi province was2.76/km2,with a total of 12,and the number of each groups is around 130.It can be estimate that there was 1557 golden monkeys in the study area.The number of golden monkeys seems to be growing,and the larger populations remain the same.Adult males,adult females,subadult males,subadult females and juvenile golden monkeys accounted for 26.3%,27.7%,18.6%,12% and 15.4% respectively.(2)the golden monkeys in the study area in Qinling habitat vertical migration,there will be two times a year in the spring season plants start moving from low altitude to high altitude,so the golden monkey is also moving from low altitude to high altitude,the winter is moving to the low altitude.(3)the golden monkey habitat has a vertical zonal vegetation in the study area,at an altitude of 1000-2400 m for middle and low altitude typical deciduous broad-leaved forest zone,the main tree advantages and building group of species has China,pinus tabulaeformis and quercus variabilis,sharp tooth oak and birch,shrub species in Shaanxi euonymus and smoke tree;2000-2400 m for deciduous broad-leaved forest zone of middle altitude,tree species have red birch,birch,China leather and hemlock,shrub species have shaanxi pod ?and green leaf pods;2400-2800 m for sub-alpine coniferous forest belt.The dominant species of trees are pashan fir and taibai larch,shrub dominant species of the rhododendron and the cuckoo.In the wild,golden monkeys have a variety of food,including various kinds of leaves,eggs,bark,buds,insects and wild fruits.(4)through the investigation of the protected areas,the results show that there are still some problems in the protection and management of the protected areas,which need to be further improved and solved.
