Herbivorous livestock farming is the representative of the animal husbandry,and the development of herbivorous livestock is an important measure to adjust the structure of agricultural industry.The coarse fodder resources represented by corn and forage sorghum are the basis for the healthy and stable development of herbivorous animal husbandry.Silage is an important way to improve the utilization efficiency of coarse fodder.The research on the optimization of sorghum and silage quality in maize and forage is an important technology support for efficient herbivores.In this paper,we carried out related research on the planting pattern,yield of corn and sorghum,as well as the lactic acid bacteria preparation and loading time of silage quality.The results as follows:1?Effect of variety and planting density on yield and quality of corn silage with grain.Test with double factors completely random design,choose Xianyu 335 first,and Yu 23,Beinong 208 three silage corn varieties,planting density of two levels,the low plant density(4500 plant/666.7 m~2),high plant density(6000 plant/666.7 m~2);A total of six processing group,each processing three repeat,immediately with ensilage machine cut short after loading,all the fermentor,room temperature fermentation 60 d,from the production field analysis,different varieties and plantdensity whole corn plant grass yield and dry matter production in 6000 plant/666.7 m~2 planting cannot obtain a higher yield.The Beinong 208 of dry matter was higher than that of other maize varieties under the planting density of 4500 plant/666.7 m~2.From general evaluation of silage senses:different varieties of corn,corn planting density of 4500plant/666.7 m~2 whole of silage comprehensive evaluation score higher than 6000plant/666.7 m~2.Silage fermentation results show that the Beinong 208 in fermentation before and after fermentation of NDF content is higher than the Xian yu335,but ADF content are lower than Xianyu 335 and Yu 23;and silage The pH is lower than 4.0 of each processing,fermentation,good Beinong 208 when planting density of 4500 plant/666.7 m~2 lactic acid content is significantly higher than other treatment group(P<0.05),and formed Xianyu 335 and Yu 23 and silage significant difference(P<0.05).2?Effects of Sila-Max and delayed ensiling on the quality of corn silage.In order to investigate the effect of additives,rainfall and loading time on silage quality of corn silage with and without grain.One inoculant(Sila-Max),two loading time(1 time and 3 days)and 10 mm rainfall of everyday were applied to corn silage with and without grain making test by self-made 20 L mini-silos.Fermentation parameters,nutrient content,dry matter loss rate and dry matter digestibility in vitro at 48 hour were detected after 60 days fermentation.In the un-inoculated group,3days delayed ensiling time significantly(P<0.05)increased the dry matter contain in corn silage with grain by 4.34%,decrease the dry matter contain in corn silage with grain by 10.3%,increase dry matter loss in corn silage with and without grain by 17.32%and 45.24%.But it didn't decreased the corn silage fermentation parameters,nutritive value and 48 hour in vitro dry matter digestibility.While 3day delayed ensiling+10mm rainfall of everyday can significantly(P<0.05)decreased crude protein and lactic acid,respectively,while increasing pH,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber and dry matter loss of corn silage with and without grain;Sila-Max is the best for decreasing the prompt ensiling group which can make a increase dry matter contain of corn with and without grainby 5.68%and 3.18%,decrease the dry matter loss by 48.77%and 45.91%;For the 3 days delayed ensiling,Sila-Max significantly(P<0.05)increased the lactic acid of corn silage with and without grain by 7.32%and 33.8%.3 day delayed ensiling+10 mm rainfall of everyday can significantly(P<0.05)decreased the fermentation and nutritive parameters.3?Effect of Sila-Max and loading time on the quality of different forage sorghum silageIn order to investigate the effect of inoculant(Sila-Max),two loading time(1time and 3 days)and four varieties were applied to forage sorghum silage making test by self-made 20 L mini-silos.Fermentation parameters,nutrient content,dry matter content after fermentation,dry matter loss rate and dry matter digestibility in vitro at48 hour were detected after 60 days fermentation.The results showed that all treatments made good quality silage in mini-silos.The nutrient parameters of different varieties before fermentation were significantly different(P<0.05).The content of dry matter decreased significantly after fermentation(P<0.05),while the crude protein increased.Sila-Max could reduce the dry matter loss rate of forage sorghum silage significantly(P<0.05),especially for the Ya Jin YF1 variety group 35.2%and 16.1%dry matter loss were reduced for the 1 time and 3 days loading time group respectively.The content of lactic acid and acetic acid in the Sila-Max group was higher than the no addition group,regardless of the variety of forage sorghum and the loading time 3 days delayed filling did not have significant influence on the silage fermentation parameters,nutrients contents and 48 hour dry matter digestibility,but the dry matter loss rate was significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,1.different maize varieties,The yield of dry matter and the nutritive value of silage were higher than that of 6000 plant/666.7 m~2 in planting density of 4500 plant/666.7 m~2.planting density of 4500 plant/666.7 m~2 Beinong 208than Xianyu 335 and Yu 23 silage material yield and forage nutritive value has more excellent performance.2.3 days delayed filling did not have significant influence on the corn and forage sorghoum silage,but the dry matter loss rate was significantly increased(P<0.05).3.Sila-Max can improve the fermentation quality of corn and forage sorghum silage and reduce the rate of dry matter loss during fermentation significantly,and has a significant effect on the adverse effects of rainfall on corn stalk silage.
