Farmland is the fundamental of countries,rich farmland is the precondition of ensuring food security in China.Reserve cultivated land resources is very limited at present stage in our country,especially in the central and eastern China,a serious shortage of reserve cultivated land resources have been.The traditional land reclamation work ability to the promotion of China's food production.In this case,the right in our country put forward the upgrade from quantity increase to quality of farmland construction requirements,thus the construction of high standard prime farmland into a new stage in our country focus on the core of the construction of the farmland.In our high standard prime farmland construction,how to effectively high standard farmland planning and design and how to make an accurate assessment of the construction quality of high standards of prime farmland,investing money in order to achieve the efficient use of,is that we are faced with the problem in the construction of high standard farmland.At the county level is the basis of the implementation,management,land reclamation activity level,county high standard prime farmland index system construction and evaluation research has good practical significance.This study in Qingdao Huangdao district high standard farmland construction,for example,mainly USES the methods of the spatial analysis of ArcGIS,with the national second land use investigation updating data and farmland classification data as the foundation,through the implementation of a high standard prime farmland construction of key projects in the field,ditch,canal,road and forest planning and design,analyses the factors affecting the quality of high standard farmland design,design quality evaluation model is established,the comprehensive evaluation of farmland,formulate the construction standard and carry out the typical design,research is as follows:(1)By high standard prime farmland construction theory research and the summarizing the current research status at home and abroad,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the construction of high standard farmland.(2)Comprehensive national and local standards related to high standard basic farmland construction,research on Huangdao district high standard basic farmland construction standard.And,according to the requirements of the standard from land leveling,irrigation and drainage,and the field road and other construction content has carried on the typical design to Huangdao district high standard prime farmland.(3)Analysis to the influence factors of high standard prime farmland design quality,and from the natural endowment,in terms of infrastructure utilization condition,economic condition,choose the field of slope,effective soil layer thickness,surface soil texture,soil organic matter content,field size and distance from water,road access,irrigation facilities in the area,the drainage condition and protection network of forest coverage,the per acre output value,per acre investment 11 factors such as,construction of high standard design quality impact factor system of prime farmland,and research on the influencing factor of quantitative method.(4)Using the selected factors,construction high standard prime farmland geographic information complex models to evaluate the design quality of high standard prime farmland.On the basis of the study of previous models and high standard prime farmland location partition model,from the perspective of complex model of geographic information,research on the quantitative evaluation of the construction of high standard farmland.The results for the county high standard prime farmland planning layout and provide a quantitative evaluation model of design quality,to guide the efficient construction of high standard prime farmland.
