Long Term Survival Analysis Of 20 Patients With Advanced Lung Cancer

Objective: Collect the medical records of patients on long-term survival in 20 cases of lung cancer and the related factors of long-term survival in patients with advanced lung cancer, and provide the reference for advanced lung cancer.Methods: Subjects were selected from in January 2013 to 2016 January of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Oncology; Affiliated Hospital of lung cancer patients and clinical staging for stage IV, the life cycle is more than or equal to 3 years. By collecting medical records, analysis of the patient's condition changes and medication characteristics, and discuss the treatment of typical cases, combined with the advantages of summarizing relevant factors for the long-term survival of patients with advanced lung cancer and Western medicine.Results: 1.The study found that the type of Pathology, the total number of chemotherapy cycles, the use of the types of chemotherapy drugs, targeted therapy and long-term survival of patients with advanced lung cancer are correlated.2. There was no significant correlation between sex, age, smoking history and survival time.3. TCM qi stagnation and blood stasis is the most common, followed by two Qi and yin deficiency syndrome, phlegm, yin deficiency syndrome. All patients were treated with TCM treatment, survival was significantly longer than the median survival period of domestic and foreign research reports.Conclusion: Patients with advanced lung cancer to combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can maintain better curative effect, to improve the quality of life of patients, is of positive significance to prolong survival. The development and metastasis of lung cancer can play a good role in prevention and treatment of lung cancer. It can delay the progress of the disease, improve the immunity of patients and enhance the body constitution. Traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with treatment of lung cancer has more advantages, strengthen the inhibition of tumor and improve the drug sensitivity, reduce the toxic and side effects, enhance the curative effect, reversal of multidrug resistance, for the patients with advanced lung cancer in long-term survival to provide favorable conditions.
