Analysis Of 25 Cases Of Advanced Lung Cancer Treated With Traditional Chinese Medicine And Review Of Related Literature

Objective:Based on the long-term survival of 25 patients with advanced lung cancer and the literature review of traditional Chinese medicine for lung cancer in recent 5 years,the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lung cancer were discussed.Methods:The diagnosis and treatment of 25 patients with advanced lung cancer who survived for a long time were analyzed.The characteristics of drug use and typical cases were summarized.To search the full text database of Chinese periodicals(CNKI)and Wanfang database(from 2013 to 2017),and to search the literature about Chinese medicine in treating lung cancer in recent 5 years(2013-2017).The statistical software of "traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistant system" was used to mine the data of the drug used in the treatment of lung cancer in the literature,and to obtain the common high-frequency drugs,drugs,medicinal taste and return to the meridian,and to explore the correlation.Results:1.The analysis indicates that the pathological type,targeted therapy,maintenance treatment of TCM after first-line chemotherapy and long-term survival of patients with advanced lung cancer may be related to the long-term survival of patients with advanced lung cancer.In drug use,the main type of medicine is "benefiting Qi and nourishing Yin" and "dissipating phlegm and dispersing" as the method.The basic prescription of Qi Zhen Gu Ben was added and subtracted from syndrome differentiation;the essence of evil was the main type,with clearing heat and detoxification,breaking blood and dispersing the knot as the method,and the prescription of Qin Lian Zheng ji recipe was added and subtracted according to syndrome differentiation,and the curative effect was satisfied;the flexible application of strengthening and dispelling evil at the same time was taken into account in the treatment,and attention was paid to protecting the spleen and stomach.2.The results of literature study show that Chinese traditional medicine is common in the treatment of lung cancer,the common drugs are: tonifying deficiency drug > heat-clearing medicine > eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and relieving asthma drug > promoting water and infiltrating dampness medicine > activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,medicine: warm > cold > flat > cool > heat;Medicinal taste:gan > bitter > xin > sour > salty;main meridian: lung Meridian > spleen Channel > stomach Meridian > liver Channel > Heart Channel > Kidney Meridian etc.Return to the classics is also roughly in line with the results of literature research.Conclusion : The treatment of advanced lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine is feasible and can prolong the survival time of patients with advanced lung cancer.
