The Effect On MTOR Signal Transduction In Chronic Aplastic Anemia Treated With Bushen Huosui Granule

Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Huosui Granules Treatment on chronic aplastic anemia(CAA) the clinical efficacy, and from the angle of regulating the mTO R signaling pathways to explore its mechanism of CAA.Methods:In this study, 70 cases of CAA patients were randomly divided into two groups. on the basis of routine western medicine therapy, the treatment group(35cases) was added with Bushen Huosui Granules, the control group(35 cases) with placebo. Two groups are six months for a treatment, and the establishment of 30 cases of healthy people in normal control group. Observe the CAA patients' clinical symptoms before and after treatment integration, clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, and RT-PCR methods to detect CAA mTOR signaling pathways in patients with bone marrow mononuclear cells mTOR mRNA expression.Results:1. Test group of 35 patients, 5 patients to be treated according to test requirements were excluded, the remaining 30 patients clinical cured 1 case, 15 cases were markedly effective, effective 9 cases, invalid in 5 cases, total effective rate was 83.3%;The control group 35 patients, 4 cases of the strip, the remaining 31 patients were cured in 0 cases,7 cases were markedly effective, effective 13 cases, invalid in 5 cases, total effective rate 64.51%. Experimental group was significantly higher total efficiency and total efficiency of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05). Traditional C hinese medicine treatment group main symptoms compared with control group was significantly different(P<0.05). 2. Two groups after treatment in patients with peripheral blood like(HGB, the WBC and PLT)before treatment were improved(P<0.01); Experimental group HGB in more help to improve the blood routine, the number of WBC, PLT, and obviously better than that of control group(P<0.05).3. CAA in patients with bone marrow mTOR expression level is lower than normal group(P<0.01), two groups after treatment mTOR mRN A expression level increased, and experimental group was better than control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:1. Bushen Huosui granules can significantly improve clinical symptoms in patients with CAA, improve clinical curative effect, and safe, no adverse reaction.2. Bushen Huosui granules can significant improve the number of HGB, WBC, PLT.3. Bushen Huosui granules increase the proliferation of bone marrow hematopoietic cells by activating CAA patients mTOR signaling pathway activity,increase the number of bone marrow hematopoietic cells, and promote the recovery of bone marrow hematopoietic.4.Bushen Huosui granules treatment mechanism may be through the influence of C AA mTOR signaling pathways.
