Objective Giant cell tumor of bone is one of the most common bone tumors, accounting for fifteen percent of the total bone tumor in our country. The study of giant cell tumor of bone is an important subject in clinical research. The histological structure of giant cell tumor of bone is clear, and the source of the tissue is not clear. Giant cell tumor of bone, curettage surgery to remove the tumor, if necessary, extended resection, but post-operative recurrence, the recurrence rate is very high. Clinical use Campanacci, Enennecking method for division of bone giant cell tumor grade and quasi judge the biological behavior of the giant cell tumor of bone as an indicator of, but implementation can not be a good assessment of tumor biological behavior. It is therefore necessary to find may predict tumor behavior related indicators. According to the X-ray features of the simple dissolution of bone destruction and swelling type of bone destruction, the expansion of special types of multi room like changes in the bubble, said soap bubble type of bone destruction. It is found that there is a large difference between the gross specimen and the prognosis and recurrence of the giant cell tumor of the soap bubble type giant cell tumor of bone and the type of bone tumor. The objective is to select and giant cell tumor of bone related typical pathological markers by immunohistochemical method, comparing solubilizing bone and soap bubble type of giant cell tumor of bone between immunological marker expression between differences, explore the soap bubble sign of biological significance, provide a new reference for the clinical study of giant cell tumor of bone.Merhod The giant cell tumor of bone in patients with June 2000 to February 2015 from Tianjin hospital, hospital of Jinan Military Region, Hebei Province the Third Hospital of surgery of GCT cases in 40, which consists of two image expert review X-ray typical soap bubble syndrome group(20 cases) and osteolytic group(n = 20). All specimens were confirmed to be GCT. The neutral formalin liquid solid, paraffin embedded, 4 m continuous slices, stained by H-E. Using immunohistochemical method, the expression of selected markers in the two groups of GCT specimens were compared and studied. The expression of VEGF, CD34, PCNA, RANKL in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Respectively, in comparison with the expression of VEGF, MVD, PCNA and RANKL in two groups of giant cell tumor of bone; the relationship between VEGF, MVD, PCNA, the expression of RANKL and patient age, gender, the relationship between VEGF, MVD, PCNA, RANKL expression and Campanacci, ennecking and VEGF, MVD, PCNA, RANKL table up with soap bubble sign relationship. Carry out statistical tests, and finally come to the conclusion that. Results: Campanacci, RANKL expression of CD34, VEGF, PCNA and RANKL expression in different sex and age had no significant difference(P > 0.05); VEGF and PCNA, RANKL ennecking grade different groups had no statistical difference(P > 0.05). The expression of CD34 in different groups were statistically different(P < 0.05); VEGF, PCNA and CD34 in different grades between the two groups showed no significant difference(P > 0.05); proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and RANKL positive expression in the soap bubble sign group and osteolysis between groups were not statistically significant(P > 0.05), VEGF and CD34 in soap bubble syndrome group was significantly more than that in osteolytic group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1. There was no significant difference in the proliferation of tumor cells and the destruction of bone in the tumor cells between the soap bubble syndrome group and the. 2. The formation of tumor microvessel was higher than that in the group with the formation of tumor microvessel, and the recurrence rate was higher than that in the patients with tumor angiogenesis.
