Effects Of Modified Abdominal Massage Therapy Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Umbilicus Elderly Phlegm Silt Blocking Hyperlipidemia

Objective:To observe the modified abdominal massage therapy combined with umbilical therapy in treatment of elderly phlegm silt blocking hyperlipidemia, comparing the actual effectiveness of this method, with a view to provide clinical basis of nursing care of elderly patients with hyperlipidemia, for seeking a more economical and convenient, practicability method of traditional Chinese medicine nursing care treatment, which can be a more effective and safe adjunctive therapy of ameliorating the levels of blood lipids in elderly patients..Methods:90 cases met the inclusion criteria of elderly phlegm silt blocking hyperlipidemia, the use of a computerized random method divided into three groups of 30 patients, modified abdominal massage therapy combined with umbilical therapy (modified group, GL group), the abdominal massage (abdominal massage group, MF group) and Umbilicus therapy (umbilicus therapy group, FQ group) treatment was used independently, before and after treatment evaluate the efficacy by the TCM symptom score, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C assessment. Finally, the collection of these data, using SPSS 19.0 software for statistical analysis, compare the difference of three therapies.Results:1. After the treatment of 8 weeks, the TCM symptom score, TC, TG, LDL-C of three groups had a certain degree of reduction, however the HDL-C difference before and after treatment was not significant (P<0.05);2. After the treatment of 8 weeks, The TCM syndrome score, TC, TG, LDL-C were lower than before treatment in both the MF group and the FQ group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but the effect on HDL-C was not significant.3. Comparison between the three groups have significant differences in overall efficacy, GL group Medical symptom score, TC, TG, LDL-C reduction are better than the MF group, while in the clinical symptoms integral, TG and LDL-C improvement is better than FQ group (P <0.05).Conclusion:1, Modified abdominal massage, Umbilicus therapy and Modified abdominal massage therapy combined with Umbilical have a certain effect for elderly phlegm silt blocking hyperlipidemia. And improved abdominal massage combined with umbilical therapy to improve the degree of TCM syndrome score is better than the single use umbilicus therapy and single use abdominal massage therapy.2.Modified abdominal massage, Umbilicus therapy and Modified abdominal massage therapy combined with Umbilical have a certain effect adjustment, adjust abnormal blood lipids to normal trend. The improvement effect for LDL-C of GL group was better than that of single use rhubarb umbilical therapy and single use modified abdominal massage therapy, while the GL group was superior to the single use of abdominal massage therapy in TC.3.Modified abdominal massage therapy has a lasting effect combined with Umbilical obvious curative effect, treating the symptoms, methods of operation is simple, patient compliance, and can be used as daily elderly phlegm silt blocking hyperlipidemia care, in order to achieve the secondary the purpose of the treatment of hyperlipidemia.
