Study On Chemical Constituents Of Liparis Bootanensis

Liparis botanensis Griff,a member of the Orchidaceae family,is a herbaceous plant which widely distributed in southern Jiangxi,Fujian,Taiwan,southwest Sichuan Province,Guangdong,Guangxi,Hainan and so on.Liparis bootanensis was used to cure antipyretic cough,hemostasis,analgesic effect,lung hot cough,blood in phlegm,menorrhagia,rheumatism lumbocrural pain,which lived in the forest(800-2300 meters above sea level)or valley rocks.There is no report on the chemical composition and biological activity.For the further study of chemical constituents and better development of the medicinal resources of the Liparis Rich.,we isolatied and identificated the Liparis bootanensis for the frist time.In this paper,fourteen coumpounds were isolated from the EtOH extract of chole plant of Liparis bootanensis by methods of preparative HPLC and column chromatography,such as silica gel,RP-18 silical gel,Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were identified with IR,HR-ESI-MS,UV and NMR.Among them,three new compounds were determined as Kaempferol-3-O-?-L-rhamnopyranoside-7-O-[(6-(4-hydroxy-3-prenybenzoic ester)-?-D-glu copyranosy]-(1?2)-?-L-rhamnopyranoside(1),Kaempferol 3-O-?-L-rhamnopyranoside-7-O-{6-[4-0-(?-D-glucopyranosy)-3,5-prenybenzoic ester]-?-D-glucopyranosy}-(1?2)-?-L-rhamnopyranoside(2),Kaempferol 3-O-?-L-rhamnopyranoside-7-O-{6-{4-O-[2-((2?1)-?-L-rhamnopyranoside)-?-D-glucopyranosy]-3,5-prenybenzoic ester}-?-D-glucopyranosy}-(1?2)-?-L-rhamnopyranoside(3).Eleven known compounds were determined as methyl p-hydroxyphenylpropionate(4),p-methoxybenzoic acid(5),3,5-diimethoxy-3'-hydroxy-bi benzyl(6),7-hydroxy-2,3,4,8-tetramethoxy phenanthrene(7),2-hydroxy-1,5,6,7-tetrame thoxy phenanthrene(8),7-hydroxy-2,3,4-trimethoxy phenanthrene(9),nudol(10),confusarin ?(11),Kaempferol-3,7-O-?-L-rhamnopyranoside(12),Kaempferol-3-O-(1?2)-?-L-rhamnopyranoside(13),Kaempferol-3-O-?-L-rhamnopyranoside(14).Compounds 1-3 are the first new flavonoid glycosides containing isoprenylbenzoic acid esters isolated from the natural product.
